As a CRM admin / sales leader I want to have high quality data in my CRM and manage deals differently depending on the sales pipeline a deal is in.   Most deal pipelines use the same fields. However, I do want to differentiate who can edit which field based on the deal pipeline. Hi   I love having the ability to add a line item to a deal which allows me to present TVC, annual and one-off revenues in reports to my MD.  Within the line item it calculates margin but it doesn't appear that the margin calculation can be displayed on the deal or exported into a report.    I'm currently using starter packs and someway off from considering another upgrade to Pro so this would be a huge benefit considering the only other way to achieve this would be a bespoke calculation I'm guessing, which requires Pro.   Thanks in advance ...read more

I have a customer who just came back from holiday and would like to have a one-stop view on all the changes/ updates that have been done on their portal. This can possibly be a feature only available for "Super Admin" and maybe limited to a certain time frame (max  90 days perhaps). This allows owner of the businesses to track changes easily during the time when they were away. Understand that this is currently a function only for CMS Enterprise user, but perhaps this can be extended to all enterprise level users? Reason for that is because this concerns security and would be great if it is more accessible for everyone. Possibly, instead of 90 days, maybe a shorter time period of 30 or 60 days. ...read more

When a file is uploaded through a Hubspot form, include that file in the Attachments section (on the right side) of the contact record that completed the form, regardless of file type.   This will save considerable time and effort when attempting to locate individal files uploaded through forms, instead of needing to scroll through the form submission results.       ...read more

I routinely get batches of new contacts imported.  Unfortunately,  I'm under a master instance which means I can't bulk change campaign assignments.    So if I bulk import 100 contacts,  I then have to edit 100 contacts to assign them to a campaign.  On average it takes about 90 seconds to open a campaign make the changes necessary, save and get back to the next one in the list.   Since I'm working from a selected list it would be really useful to have, essentially a "save and next" button.   That is having the option to save the current changed contact and to automatically open the next contact in my selected list. ...read more

I own a small business. Most of my clients come through referrals. It would be nice to have a property called "Referred by" to record the name of the person who referred a lead. When merging one contact into another, it would be useful to be able to switch which of the two contacts becomes the main contact, rather than defaulting to the one that you are initiating the 'merge' function from.    This can be done by including a 'Switch Order' button on the merge popup window.  ...read more

HS CMS / HS Marketing Hub | Marketing > Website > Web / LP   User Story: Sally hosts two domains on HS CMS. Sally is able to select any of those two domains and see only files associated with a specific domain.  Sally is able to select Domain A and can see only the pages for Domain A.   Sally has to edit all of the pages in Domain A, and needs to first select the "domain A" because even with strong naming conventions pages often have similar naming structure and Sally wants to avoid any "forced errors" from fatigue or distractions. Today Sally after editing the 1st page, has to once again select "domain A" and edit the 2nd page. After editing the 2nd page, Sally has to repeat this process for each page; before each edit Sally has to remember to select "Domain A."  Sally has found herself making mistakes by editing the wrong page because the Domain A wasn't 1st selected... Sally also finds it painful having to make that selection each time. Sally understands why it's important for the "web" dashboard to default to showing all pages from all domains, as one of her teammates could easily be confused get worried pages or even entire domains are missing. Sally's request:  Sally would like a "Production View" of the  Marketing > Website > Web / LP that would allow her to temporarily lock domain selection and logcal file filtering by text string.   Sally has three requests Lock the domain (pick Domain A or Domain B) so only those files are visible Wild card filtering based on the file name: e.g, the text strings "Product" or "Feature" or "case-study" Support any combination of domain lock and file name filtering: Sally could see only files from Domain B Sally could see only files that contain "case" or "feature" from every domain hosted in HS CMS. Sally could see only files that contain "case" or "product" for only a single domain. A more robust feature would include logic for domain filtering as well. E.g, to only see domains that contain X or Y. A more robust feature would be to save views of the dashboard so specific teams or users could quickly edit specific pages. e.g. update the holiday greeting on several sites. The option could appear anywhere within the dashboard. One suggestion is under "More Tools" there could be an option for  "Production View."  ...read more
