I have come across a deficiency with Hubspot. I have a company that is blocking out and filtering out my emails. Very important emails. It is because of the tracking system. At this point, they are not willing to listen to me. That in itself is a problem. Because of that, it is costing my customers money. Permanently. Hubspot offers a rather ackward solution. I can turn off the tracking when sending out any email to any person within that email domain. This is a problem. What if I forget to turn that off? What if someone within my organization that has access to my hubspot forgets the rule that emails sent to that domain, must turn this feature off? I assure you, that is going to happen. Bank on it. And when it does, I am right back to talking and pleading with this company to release those emails to the department or person to. This is more than problematic. This could be the end of the relationship with that company. The solution seems simple to me. Set up an extra step where I can list either that domain or the individual emails and put an automated process. Any that are listed, will not recieve emails with tracking. Much in the same way you can write rules in Gmail or 365. How hard is it to do this? I don't know. But what I do know, I can expect to have this problem repeated again or I will have to migrate off my CRM and my gmail or 365 account which defeats the purpose in many ways of using this feature. Please let me know if that is something we can put in because at this point, the company I am doing business with is not willing to have the discussion to fix the problem on their end which frankly, would be ideal.
