We are selling saas products but they are closely connected with sort of project management. In the customer portal it would be nice to become able establishing progress bars with milesstones and checkboxes one-way and bi-directional as well as space to drop files. This would enable our customers to receive a live review on progress at any time. Maybe custom objects or playbooks are other areas to fit such a feature. Btw. I miss customer portal as a category in this community.   Currently we work with google docs and make them PDF when customers cannot access. Currently the automation tool is lacking some very important critieria options to make more advanced automations.  I've had a chat with support to check weither I missed something.    What we are missing are the options of criteria that mabye best could be explained as the Delay node Plus.    We want to trigger re-enrollment based on a specific e-mail that has been sent for example 90 days ago.  Plus a specific activity that has occurced again. So our criteria should look something like this: Enrollment trigger: Has completed a meeting that is type 'Sales Visit'    And contacts meet following criteria: - Hasn't had a 'After Report'-email in the past 90 days OR hasn't been in this workflow for 90 days. It would be hugely helpfull to have more triggers based on a combination of fields and based on history based on DAYS instead of DATE, the latter isn't flexible.   ...read more

Hi team, quite simple request:   As an admin I would like to be able to sort in which order dependent properties are shown.   Current situation: We use a multi select property so users can choose what kind of tasks should be created on their ticket to organise themselves. For each task selected a follow up questions is configured as dependent properties. But these properties show up in a random order. It's every time the same order, but I don't see which rule that follows - it's not alphabetical, it's not the display order of the controlling property and it's also not the order how you selected the options. So for example: Controlling Property: Task selection Option 1: Task 1 Option 2: Task 2 Option 3: Task 3 Dependent properties: Task 1 -> What do you need to do in Task 1? Task 2 -> What do you need to do in Task 2? Task 3 -> What do you need to do in Task 3? What is displayed, when I select all 3 options? What do you need to do in Task 2? What do you need to do in Task 3? What do you need to do in Task 1? See attached Screenshot on how it looks like currently for us - the order of the controlling values is different to the order of the dependent properties.   Goal: One of these two options should be possible: A: Let me choose the order of the dependent properties directly (This might be tricky, as the setup for dependent properties of the same controlling property is seperated) B: Show the dependent properties in the order of the display order of the controlling property (This way an admin can controll it by adjusting the order in the controlling property).   Thank you!   ...read more

Currently, Zendesk allows admins to control the strength of passwords. It looks like it is not possible to do so in HubSpot. If you're running a set of linkedin messages as part of a campaign, and you don't log them 1:1, there's no way to catch back up if you fall behind - meaning you could have 100's of unlogged linkedin messages that are very tedious to correct.   It would be good to be able to bulk-upload/import/tag importing other contact methods (LinkedIn, Whatsapp etc) without hand-curating the entire process.  ...read more
