I’m rebuilding WareSpace’s workflows that are triggered based on a contact’s Lead Status; specifically “Tour Scheduled”.   For one of the workflows, I’d like to fire a meeting (tour) confirmation SMS immediately after Date of last meeting booked in meetings tool is known. Okay.   🚨 This is where the FEATURE REQUEST comes in 🚨    I want to have a delay based on a Date Property (Date of last meeting booked in meetings tool). The workflow should send an SMS 1 day before and the day of this value @ 8 AM…🥁 ✨in the contact’s time✨.   As it sits, the Delay based on a date property only fires based on the account’s time zone; for WareSpace, we are ET.    This is harming our ability to deliver SMS tour reminders at 8 AM regardless of any of our 11 locations across the United States. 🇺🇸 Possibly, but most likely harming show rate.    ...read more

Currently, the default pagination structure looks something like:  /blog/page/[x]    But this limits the number of ways you can implement pagination. If you want to do something custom, like using query parameters as pagination URLs (ex. /blog?page=2) you'll likely end up with duplicate content in Google Search Console, as GSC will still crawl the default /blog/page/[x] URLs since they're listed in the rel="next" link tag.    An option to change default pagination URLs to something that'd match your own custom implementation would prevent this without the need to either confine to the HS defaults or set up redirects.  ...read more

Being able to create forms that appear more unique and intiuitive would be a huge benefit to the forms product.    For instance: - Creating step by step forms similar to sites like this - The ability to change the backgound to forms - The ability to add progress bars (think google forms) - The ability to make more intuitive forms to guide people through onboarding, lead qualification, etc similar to forms like this   Creating the ability to have more unique forms within Hubspot will allow customers the ability to widen their use case, as well as make the forms appear more natural and easy to use from a client standpoint. ...read more

Hi there, my team utilizes lists a ton. Every year we go to major conferences and we like to create documents that have biographies on every person that attends, so we can have a little knowledge of each person before we go. Opportunity #424242 Herr Max Mustermann". --> Ergo Aufgabenname + Deal-Name        Wie erstellt ihr Aufgaben? Manuell vom Deal-Datensatz oder werden sie automatisch generiert  Manuell vom Deal-Datensatz Könntest du uns sagen, mit welcher Version der Software ihr arbeitet? Sales/Operations Hub Free, Starter, Professional, Enterprise; bzw. habt ihr Zugang zum Automatisierungstool Workflows? Sales Pro & Core In deinem Beispiel oben ist "#424242 Herr Max Mustermann" wahrscheinlich der Dealname. A client with 2 additional business units was hoping to be able to organize their email assets in each BU through the use of folders as they had in their previous marketing software. After submitting an inquiry on their behalf as to where the folder functionality now lives, we learned Folders have been replaced with the idea people can used views to maintain order within their assets. In a large-scale enterprise company, we're concerned about the sustainability of the structire and organization. Reintroducing Folders would benefit all clients, especially those with a high volume of email creation for different campaigns/products/etc. ...read more

The unsubscribe link is just included in marketing emails at the moment. I think this feature as well as  the "Communication Preferences" would be great to add to HubSpot Feedback Surveys to allow users to manage their marketing preferences or unsubscribe from all emails (in case of existing HubSpot users) ...read more

1- Having the option to deactivate a list of surveys in bulk. For example, when August or December comes, being able to deactivate all surveys from the previous campaign (and then decide whether to delete or clone them, one by one). At least as a "super admin".   2- Having the option to schedule a deactivation date for future surveys.
