My goal is to see how often a property is changed in a specific time-period.  For example: I set up a property (as a dropdown-menu) that checks whether a deal is hot or cold. Now after i month i want to filter the Deals, that have had a change in this exact property. Why is this useful?  My main goal is that i can create statistics out of this. I can see how often a custom property is being checked in regards of the deals.    So far you are only to check the change of custom properties in the source of the dependant deal / contact by hand (in the search historty) as far as i know.  ...read more

Currently it's not possible to create task reminders using the Sales Extension Tool. Tasks can be created, but a reminder cannot be set, which means users have to navigate to the task tool in HubSpot after the task is created to set a task reminder.    It'd be great if task reminders could be set directly from the Sales Tool.  ...read more

In applications like Zoom you have the possibility to pop open an external url when receiving an inbound call using url. There is the possibility to define url parameters to allow an external system to find a specific record. If a contact could be looked up using the phone number as a url parameter the right contact record could be popped open to allow for easy note taking and call registration.  ...read more

As a customer service agent, I am constantly having to merge like feature requests into one ticket.  It would be nice to keep the ticket description from the ticket I merge into the host ticket as part of the record. I should be given an option here (photo attached for reference) to "view details" and see the contact company and their ticket description that was merged into the existing ticket. Being able to see the old description will allow me to notify the proper party if we decide to deploy a feature or fix for part and not all of their original request. The Use Case is:  We hold or participate in an external event like a conference or webinar. We get a list of attendees from the host. I would like to create the event in HubSpot and then associate a list of attendees to that event. The attendees may or may not already be in HubSpot. New contacts would be created and the Original Source would be the event 'webiniar' and enter the life cycle there. If the contact already exists it would just get associated with the event and it would be added to their timeline.  We could then enroll contacts in to workflows based on these external events.   ...read more
