Would be ideal to embed a ticket on a landing page or web page. I know I can create a form that attaches to a workflow that can then create a ticket but it would be ideal to just embed the ticket. When you are in your tasks list view and you click the circle with a checkmark to complete the task, a promp above appears to create a follow up task (if you have that turned on in settings). However, if you choose the new option of clicking "Start Tasks" on the right of your tasks list view and you complete the task either from the Activity board or the top task bar, there is no prompt to create a follow up task. When adding a contact/company associate to a task/ticket/contact/company -  just the name and email comes up on the search bar.  Some contacts dont have email addresses and that makes it difficult to identify the correct person.   Would be lovely to have more information come up such as the address and contact #. ...read more

Similar to GA, it'd be great to have the option to view the destination page based on all traffic source, specifically for organic search. We don't have the ability to view the keyword, obviously, so it'd be great to see a list of destination pages. Currently, chatflow text boxes are hitting character limits so the text inputted has to be significantly shortened. Increasing chatflow text character limits would allow more flexibility and not have to workaround these limits. ...read more

Hallo zusammen,   wir möchten gerne die Eigenschaftsfelder individuell an die Phasen anpassen. Sodass wir bspw. in der Angebotsphase eine Abgabefrist in der Karte anziegen lassen und nach der Angebotsphase das Startdatum des Projektes.    Die Eigenschaftsfelder sind zwar jetzt anpassbar aber leider nur global und nicht auf die Phasen angepasst.   Beste Grüße ...read more
