Hallo! Ich würde mir wünschen, dass wenn ich zu mehren Deals für einen Agent Aufgaben erstelle, dass dann das Unternehmen und der Kontakt (für diesen Deal) auch mit einbezogen wird. Das ist bis jetzt leider nicht so. Ich kann zwar Deals gesammelt zuweisen und dann dazu auch gesammelt Aufgaben für einen Agent erstellen, aber muss dann in jede einzelne Aufgabe und den Kontakt zum Deal mitverknüpfen! When you go into Account & Billing > Usage & Limits. The graph you see there which shows your Marketing Contact Growth (Your contacts usage over time) for the past 30 days. I would like to see this graph and pick the dates - ie "All Time".   It would be good to see this graph to monitor and forecast how much your marketing contact list is growing over time.   You cannot create the report in the reporting section as the field for the date the marketing contact status was given does not exist.    The x axis should be date The y axis should be no of marketing contacts   Including the limit you are currently set to, as a line, would be beneficial. (Just like how it appears in Account & Billing).   I did speak to support, but the only workaround would be to create a workflow to add a date to the contact when their status is changed to "Marketing Contact", but this means no data will show for the months previous to you starting this workflow.    I have hopefully explained this well, open to suggestions to make it better too!  ...read more

It would be really great if I could insert one or more hyperlinks into a custom text field. The sweet GoTo icon is nice and would link to the first URL in my text. But I can't add another link and the text is not readable with long URL strings. <b>Go <a href="www.google.de">to Google</a> or go <a href="www.yahoo.com">to Yahoo</a> if you want.</b> Go to Google or go to Yahoo if you want.   My case is that my deal will be connected to one or more contracts inside our ERP system and I would add the links to the deal via API. When creating new users through the CSV process, the whole process will fail if even one email address does not pass email validation.   It would be better if the process created the users for all the emails that passed validation and an onscreen list was provided of user creation that failed due to email validation issues.   Many companies may attempt to create users from lists from various sources like HR systems, spreadsheets etc and may have an incorrect (or no longer active email account).   Until the day you provide active syncing with the majority of Identity platforms (Office365, Google Workspace, Amazon, etc when this would stop being an issue) this would be helpful! ...read more

We have currently created a report for our customer where you can see which deals have been "pulled" to which stage (For example: Identify, Qualify, Define, Convince, Closed/Lost, Won) in the last 7 days. Now it would be great if we could track, for example, if 2 deals are lost in the stage, from which stage the deals came.   This is important for the sales team to understand in which Stage we lost or won the deal.   ...read more

I am a sales rep and I am being slowed down by unimportant notifications.   Specifically, I would love to filter out notifications for my own changes in Hubspot... I keep getting email/slack notifications when I add or assign a contact to myself but I only want to be notified if a member of my team or manager assigns a contact to me.   Being able to filter out my own activity would ensure that I don't miss important inbound accounts or messages from my team/manager. ...read more

Communication content is content. If my organization has the same message to communicate to our target market (Marketing Contacts), prospects active in our funnel (Sales contacts) and our Customers, we cannot create a single message with personalization tokens and send custom messages that treat each contact and the contact's relationship to us appropriately. Conversation Content is always Sales oriented. Marketing Email is just that, restricted to Marketing and marketing rules. And Customer communication must either be written one by one or treated like one of either Marketing or Sales communication because there's no other way to treat it.   Disassociate email type from content. Templates and Emails are content.   The content of a Marketing Email is kept distinct and separate from a Conversation Template. It is as if we are applying separate Marketing and Sales department mentalities to the system and unnecessarily creating a division/barrier based on departmental functions of Marketing and Sales to Hubspot. This fractures what should be a single business system. The system should be a whole with cconfiguration capabilities for divisions and separations based on a Hubspot client's organizational structure and the Hubspot client's individual user role authorizations.    We should be able to create content and based on user authorization be able to access snippets, documents, images, and other saved content. Authorization to view, edit, and/or use content should then follow rules based user authorizations, Communication Subscriptions, Workflows, Sequences, and 1 of the 3 unique types of email: 1) Marketing, 2) Sales, 3) Customer, (this later type needs to be created and I've entered the request as a separate idea.)
