Before I turn on a workflow and launch my campaign, I like to do a test send of the entire workflow, from start to finish. Today, I am prompted to add the contact receiving the test send, then my workflow is sent to me. The problem is, the test automatically assumes you do not meet the criteria in any if/then branch. Although I have the ability to change that, it means the test send of the workflow sends all over again. By the end of this process, it sends me over 25 emails just so I can look at my workflow consisting of only ~8 emails start to finish in my inbox. This process doesnt help me see the workflow working correctly because I just see a jumble of emails in my inbox. It would make much more sense if we can select the contact we would like to use for the test send, select the test send criteria for the workflow (I met the criteria for the if/then branch at this step, but not this step, and so on), and then launch one single test send of that path of the workflow. Like I mentioned, being able to do this is much less of a headache and makes it so much easier to actually see that path of the workflow in your inbox and make sure all the correct emails are sending for a particular path that was chosen.
