To whom it may concern If the HubSpot contacts come also from marketing generated leads and such, there is a risk that people (the leads) might use their private email address when submitting. This contact (person) might already exist in the HubSpot contact database. A duplicate profile might generate two different customer paths for the same person, if they are not merged manually. This is a problem. As a solution, I would suggest a voluntary user feature => an option to auto activate some kind of alert every time there are several profiles with different email addresses owned by the same person. The (same) mobile number could work as a connecting feature to verify, however this can't be applied if the mobile number is not given in both profiles. Br, OÅ
