Afin de définir moi-même les cases d'option en fonction de la France, j'ai créé les propriétés "Région" et "Département" pour situer géographiquement prospects et clients du CRM. J'aimerais que la priopriété "Région" se mette à jour automatiquement une fois le département choisi afin de gagner du temps au lieu de chercher quel département appartient à quelle région administrative.

Hi, I have noticed when I create a list, it never auto-assigns to a folder, even when I navigate to the folder before creating it. I would love for the list so auto-create in the folder in which I created it. This same concept would be helpful when creating Marketing emails within a folder. Our team has been trained to access specific folders when creating both lists and emails. Currently, no matter where you navigated prior to creating a list or an email, you must take an extra step to assign or move it to a folder after saving.

Hi, I would love the ability to restrict access to a marketing email to only one user instead of a team. Since several offices in our company share the marketing tool for different business purposes, I often find the need to do this. The only workaround I can come up with is to create a team with only one user, which could have negative impacts on how we currently use our teams. I am finding the team assignment is too broad, and giving access to the individual user(s) who need it would be more effective. Thanks!

It would be great to be able to select the chat display according to the customer's device. Example: On the mobile, stay in the lower left corner and on the computer, stay in the lower right corner. Thus, it would not hinder customers from accepting cookies on mobile, nor would it hinder the view of customers in the main menu of the website.

At this time, only four properties can be mapped between HubSpot and Netsuite via the native Beta integration: Company Name, First Name, Last name and Email . These are both mapped by default and they are the only options for fields/properties that sync between HS and NetSuite. In the future it would be great to be bale to create custom mapping

It would be great to be able to expand the page view for all of the contacts that you see under the status table for a sequence. Only being able to view 10 contacts at a time makes it difficult to bulk unenroll contacts from the sequence, so seeing 25+ would make things easier!

We currently are able to create an automated list coming from GoToWebinar as a whole. So setting the rule that anyone who registers, is added to one general list. We should be able to segment those lists depending on the specific webinar so we can attach that list to a campaign and have specific contacts assigned to that one campaign.

Hey community, we are using Hubspot for Marketing and lead generation already, now we are wondering, how we could best use Hubspot for recruiting. Next to our standard application options via email, we would like to implement a "quick application process" with basic applicant information and CV-upload through our website. Aim is to make the application process for applicants even easier and quicker. We find the contact forms already useful, but are missing a key-element for the application process: an upload-option (e.g. for CVs). Any others out there with the same thoughts/challenge and possible already ideas for solutions? Best Nina
