Great minds think alike

On the Hubspot page, if I click on the help icon a box opens offering the option to search the help center, open a chat or send an email, as well as request a call back.  I would like to have this option on our website, which seems an easy enough thing as I believe HubSpot uses Hubspot; therefore this feature already exists. However, I have been told that is a custom-made feature only for Hubspot's own use.  Could you please roll this out so any Hubspot customer can use it? Thanks!   ...read more

It would be great to see when someone else is working on a draft  marketing email so that you aren't working on something at the same time and override someone else's work. Or even better, allow for changes to be made by more than one person at a time. Right now, you have to hit refresh on the browser for someone else's changes to be seen. It would be great if we could add a column called "Campaign" to the email marketing dashboard view so that at a glance you can see what Campaign each email is associated with (or if there are no campaigns assigned). ...read more

Within an email from a client that is sent to our support email the url that they embed is shortened by Hubspot. This is inconvenient when you work in the tech field where the entire url including the query string is necessary. With Hubspot shortening these urls with no way to turn it off is not helpful for us while trying to assist a client to the best of our ability.
