Hello HS team, We are using the NPS forms as a pop-up on one of our B2B client pages. When calling clients back when they gave a bad score, we often encounter clients that did push on a score by error and that were not able to go back once the score has been sent. It would be great that, on the feedback menu, there would be a "go back" button so that clients who clicked by error or changed their mind while writing the feedback can do so and change their score. We did send this feedback before but again it would really be from great help to have colors on the scoring to help clients while selecting a score. Many thanks ! Kind regards, Sandrine

For a Contact - if you click on the Create date Details button you can see the Source of the record (ie who created it) - however this is not a field that can be used in a Workflow. It would be really used to have this as a Property so that different Workflows can be set up depending on who created the Contact.

PieSync supported syncing ConvergeHub. You can keep using PieSync through 2021, but in the meantime we're checking if we need to prioritize turning this into a data sync app? Please upvote! Thanks.

Hello, I would like to have a native integration of BOB and Hubspot. For example, for the correct lead distribution I would love to see who is on vacation, and who is on sick leave. This information is at BOB. It would be very useful to connect BOB and Hubspot in order to not distribute leads to people, who are on vacation or sick leave for example. Thank you! Valeriia

I would need a feature, even a Marketplace App, to allow users to reserve a spot at an event or in a Travel. I would need to be able to limit the event seats so that bookings would be blocked when the free seats run out. The event could repeat at different time slots renewing the available seats every time. This app could be useful for booking Travel, Events, or Transportation. If there are already similar solutions integrated with HubSpot, please report them in the comments.

Hi team, raising this for a customer here. Customer would like to edit articles within their knowledge base for those with videos. This is currently not supported, as such, would be a lot more troublesome for the client to find such pages to edit on. Thank you!

Hi guys, Im not sure if it has been suggested before but a useful feature would be to search the last few digits of a phone number and the contact pop up in the search. Sometimes when recieving calls not through hubspot it can be a bit embarassing asking who a prospect/client is returning a call. This would make searching for them a lot easier and faster. Cheers!

I don't know about you but one of the most underrated things is the standard email signature. Why are we stuck using images and updating them in the traditional way? adding a CTA to signatures allows you to update the CTA in real-time, track what ideas and promotions are working and provide smart links. I have managed to add a CTA to our outlook signature and it works for images - update a CTA image it changes ( and that is powerful being able to change all signatures at once and any signature from sent emails updates to the latest promotion) smart links work. The only catch is the tracking doesn't work, the response I received is that's not what CTAs were originally designed for, but so what? this is so powerful and could bring signatures into a new era. Ironically the most issue I had was adding the CTA to Hubspot. some of the team have been great helping me with that but it needs to go to the next level and be available for all businesses. Hubspot please spend time on this I don't think it would take much development time but it changes the way businesses think about signatures.
