If you have a team of folks getting receiving "round robin leads" there isn't an option remove a rep. from the rotation Workflow when they are on vacation or OOO. Specifically such feature exists for scheduling meetings with folks -- but in the case of assigning new leads (round robin ia Workflow) to a rep., the only way to change this currently - is to edit the workflows. We use several workflows for this, so that would mean a sales manager/leader has to edit multiple workflows multiple times a week (depending on the size of the team). I had asked HubSpot Support about this.., "After researching this at length, it is not currently possible to automate user availability within a workflow so the user(s) will need to be removed from the rotation manually when they are ooo. Wouldn't it be helpful if HubSpot logged 'page visits' not only to contacts but also to a Companies? This could enable sales/mktg teams to record in HubSpot what companies may be engaging with their content, even if they don't know the specific contact (yet). Thoughts? ...read more

I am trying to enhance cross-department communication and we run into the following issues. I believe being able to link tickets or for multiple teams to be able to work on a single ticket and view in their pipeline and be used for their metrics separately would help.    So different teams are able to easily view the ticket(s) they are working on. Being able to clearly and quickly determine the ticket status. Anyone easily knowing which tickets need a follow up. A better way to gather clarification from another team / asking questions (currently using tags that are being missed). Being able to clearly and quickly determine which department the ticket is awaiting action from and what action is pending.
