We recently had a problem where some of our SurveyMonkey results were not being captured and reported in Hubspot for 2 months. Ticket 17452707434. With Ingrid's help, we found that the problem was because a lot of our customer's surveys were marked as Incomplete in SureyMonkey, even though they were filled out. This seems ot be a technical issue with SurveyMonkey. Due to Hubspot not pulling results from surveys marked as Incomplete, we were not able to see all the SureyMonkey data in our Hubspot reports, thus skewing our month-over-month reporting results within Hubspot. we were still able to see all of our Survey results within SurveyMonkey, even though for some unknown technical issue reason, many surveys were marked as Incomplete. (This was temporary for two months which seems to have been corrected.) Can I please request an enhancement suggestion request? Please import any surveys/data, even from incomplete surveys. The results that have been entered are still valid, even though it may not be a complete set of answers from every question in the survey. The survey has skip logic to ensure the survey is as brief as possible based on the answers the customers provide. This is an unusually high abandon rate. The likes of which we have never seen. True, this may be a technical glitch on SurveyMonkey’s side, but there are some results that have been provided by respondents and have been captured by SurveyMonkey that we can also still use for analytics. Of course, you don’t have to try to fix errors on other platforms, but if the data exists, then it would be nice to still have it captured by Hubspot. It would have been good to still have those provided results represented in Hubspot. That’s my take away from this. Thank you
