After numerous website clients insist on scoring as high as possible in every lighthouse style website scan we've noticed the viewport meta tag frequently needs minimum-scale=1 added however there appears to be no way to alter the viewport tag in a HubSpot site.  It would be great to be able to modify this tag as adding a second hard coded version causes a different site scan check to fail. ...read more

  Under "Email Settings" you can set a "From Name" and Preheader, but these do not show up in test emails. The "From" is just "Marketing Email Preview Send."   This is especially problematic if your "From" is a person with a title, and you want to double-check that their name and title are correct when you test.   I understand you can Preview an email within HubSpot, but emails need to be reviewed by people not using HubSpot within an organization, and they need to be able to see an accurate representation of what the email will actually look like to review it properly.   The same is true of the Preheader. You cannot see it in a test email, and it also needs to be reviewed during the approval process. This becomes an issue, especially when you have personalization at the end of the preheader that you need to test.   I highly recommend that HubSpot's product team change the test email functionality to include the "From" that's been set under Settings and the Preheader that's been set under Settings as well.   It's important that an email can be checked for complete accuracy.    ...read more

It would be nice to have a way to: A) toggle off the "chat" option as a way to reply to incoming conversations B) modifying the default channel for reply (e.g. using "email" instead of "chat")    In our case, we only do customer support over email at this time, and it's tedious for us to switch this small detail when we start our support response via the Conversations Inbox tool, as we are inherently used to replying to emails, so it's intuitive for us to get right to helping our customer instead of having to switch this option. Naturally, our team often forgets to do this and we accidentally chat before switching to email, which doesn't look great on the end-user side.  ...read more

I would like to submit a feature request to enhance the user experience. I propose that HubSpot integrates the keyboard shortcuts offered by Gmail into the email editor. This would enhance user efficiency and make the transition from Gmail to HubSpot CRM more seamless.   Here are some specific examples of Gmail shortcuts that we would like to see in the HubSpot email editor: CMD + Shift + 8 (or equivalent) for creating lists CMD + enter for sending  And many more!  ...read more
