Unfortunately, you can't tag people when you create a Linkedin post via HS. So I needed to write a post directly on Linkedin, in order to be able to tag @ people.  Unfortunately (again), I can't add this Linkedin post as an asset to a campaign, since it wasn't created by HS.  I understand the first issue (not being able to tag people) is an issue coming from Linkedin itself, but the asset issue could be fixed by HS.  Thank you.    ...read more

The goal of this feature is to ensure that form fields are not re-submitted with information that is no longer current. This would make the forms functionality more powerful and useful to users.   For example, if you have a form field called "Question" for a form called "Contact Us" - did you know that if a person had submitted a question in January, and then came back in February to use the "Contact Us" form again, then their answer to the "Question" field would be pre-field?   That is really confusing. I am pretty sure the person coming back in February has a different question than the one they asked in January...   Instead, there should be an option to turn off the automatic pre-fill for the "Question" field when progressive profiling is turned on. ...read more

I'm trying to pull info from url tracking links to individual properties (i.e. utm_term to respective property in Hubspot). Right now the Zoom integration for CI pulls over ALL zoom cloud recordings on the account -- not just the webinars and recorded meetings for sales reps.    This is problematic because an executive's recorded meeting, potentially containing sensitive information, is made public to sales reps in HubSpot. ...read more
