When using the feature with the Next and Skip/Complete buttons at the top of the page that takes you to the task's associated record, it would help a lot if each record page you are taken to loaded with the activity feed already scrolled down to show the task in question. I use HubSpot to assign tasks to other people, and these tasks often need instructions in their Notes area. The coworkers I assign tasks to don't like having to look through the activity feed or all the tasks on the tasks tab (or use the search) to find the one they are currently supposed to be working on and read its notes. It would save a lot of time with the click-through experience if the relevant task was guaranteed to be immediately visible on the page. I would just direct people to work from the page where all their tasks are listed in one place, but in that case they would have to look up and open the associated records anyway to see relevant information in the records' properties. we primarily use our ticketing system internally across different departments and have multiple pipelines set up and it's worked great. However, we use "Ticket Owner" as a way to collaborate and hand off aspects of the ticket within team members in the respective departments. What I would like is a way that "Associated Contacts" on the ticket could view tickets they are involved in and not tickets involving other team members other than having them own the ticket or creating a team as a workaround for this request.  ... In the case where a client has decided NOT to do business with us, how do I restrict their access to sales documents?   If a customer has decided not to work with us further, I would prefer that they no longer have the privilege to view our document links previously shared.   Is it possible to restrict ONLY ONE CLIENT'S access to all documents without restricting all? ... Currently, all date range selection are automatically converted tocustom range as shown by the rangeType=CUSTOM URL parameter. It would be nicer to be able to link to this page or bookmark it with a rolling or specified date range like "This Month".  ... Exibir mais

It would be super useful as an admin / someone organizing HubSpot to be able to toggle between what different roles and users can see, without reassigning yourself a new role and losing your permissions.   For example, on the "sales" role, what do my dashboard, records, etc look like?    This would make it easier to adjust properties and settings for reps, or to train (because then we could show our screens and they would see the same things.) ... I have a personal HubSpot account with 2 years of history associated with 100's of contacts and companies. Now my sates team is starting a HubSpot account. I would like to migrate all of my data into the new HubSpot account.  The HubSpot help chat told me to export the info and import it to the new account, just like I was changing from ACT to HubSpot.  Come On! Hello HubSpot community, I would like to submit the idea of creating an automated process of updating the publishing date on blogposts regularly. For example, if a blogpost is 6 months old, its publish date is automatically being changed to something more recent, like 3 months ago.
