Would anyone else find it helpful to view which day of the week (Monday,Tuesday, etc.) a date was in a timestamp in the activity log? When I'm looking back on calls made, I'd like to know what day of the week I tried to reach the decision maker. It would be helpful to compile data and see the most effective times to make calls. If I've only tried calling on Tuesdays with no success, I would know to try a different day of the week. The goal is would be to make our time much more efficient, effective, and organized by conecting with more decision makers, without wasting time on un-answered calls or bothering front desk personel. As a remote sales person in a very niche retail industry, we spend a lot of time on follow-ups on product samples where we don't connect with the decision maker because they are often busy providing services. When product samples arrive, the clock starts ticking on the window of oppertunity. (Time kills all deals) Being able to follow up and get through on the 1st or 2nd try would be much more efficient and be more likely to land the sale or at least get an answer and move on.
