I’d love to put together a one-time marketing email to send out to contacts who are currently listed as non-marketing contacts. I don’t want to set them as marketing contacts and then they get our newsletter without having signed up. Currently, I have a HubSpot property that I use to do email blasts. As such, I have multiple forms that have that property because I want people who will out our forms to be receiving out email marketing.    I want to add new options to the property, but I want these options to only show up for a specific form, not all forms. My workaround at the moment is to manually go into other forms to remove the option whenever I create a new option to the property.  ...read more

Currently the workflow can only check if ANY contact matches this criteria. There should be a way we can check if ALL contacts associated to a deal match certain criteria. This would be helpful to automate deal movement . For example, if only one contact is moved to Nurture while the other two contacts that are associated are still being worked, I don't want the whole deal to move to DQ / Nurture. But if all of the contacts match this criteria, then I'd like to auto move the deal. ...read more

Currently, there is a limit of 3 fields in the "Show in search results" option. This is far too limiting. Please expand this to 10 fields. We have 6 fields we'd like to be able to search on, and can only choose 3. I understand that it has to be limited for performance reasons, but 3 is not enough.     ...read more
