Our Marketing and Sales team are struggling with the MQLs or SQLs. We need a LEAD PIPELINE in addition to a DEAL PIPELINE in the sales suite. Right now, we have to create a deal pipeline and name it "LEAD PIPELINE" where takes all the inbound/outbound leads, however, whenever a lead is won(qualified), this deal will be moved to a real Sales Deal Pipeline. This left the "Closed-Won" stage on our "LEAD PIPELINE" always zero. I know the contact list can show the contacts with different lifecycle stages, but lists are not user-friendly for the sales team. Lists are only used for the marketing team to send emails to different segments. The sales team needs a pipeline-like view to handle the leads. BTW, it is so hard to use the sales reports/dashboard to see the sales forecast, because the mix of lead pipeline and real sales deal pipeline. (A closed-won deal in the LEADS PIPELINE, is not the same level of a closed-won deal in the DEAL PIPELINE.) I know Salesforce offers such separation.
