Can we have a line item price list with product description displayed some place eassily available for reps? For example under Sales in main manu.  Atm they would have to go to Settings to check the prices and products details - no way they do it. When you create a task during the logging of an e-mail, and possibly with other situations like notes, the task is created with a comment similar to this:   "Regarding email: Check In, sent on Tuesday, October 19, 2021 4:50 PM"   This unfortunately forces users to track down the e-mail manually which tasks time.   It would be great if there was an actual link between the task and the e-mail (or other 'creator') so that a simple click would bring the user to that 'reason' for the task.   Currently, when you have a lot of different contacts to work with, it takes a lot of time if you have to track down the e-mail. You certainly won't remember what the task was related to so you are forced to look it up.  This would really increase efficiency as it would save lots of time. ...read more

Other crms have the abilty to recognise that if a deal has a task or meeting assigned to it in the future, the deal is not inactive its just waiting for the next step.  This would better highlight the deals that are genuinely inactive and not just waiting for the next meeting or step. ...read more

With Task syncing on from Hubspot to Salesforce, when a Task is created in Salesforce without a Comment, Hubspot will fill the comment with a copy of the Task Subject. There should be a way to disable this as Sales reps are finding this annoying. ...read more

Hello, my organization is in the process of auditing our properties and is trying to find a way to quickly view specific property usage within HubSpot. Exporting all properties only shows in the "usages" column the type of usage (form, automation platoform flow, etc) and not, for example, the name of the workflow in which the property is being used.    I know the specific usages can be viewed from Preferences>Properties and clicking on the number in the "used in" column, but is there a way to export that information without having to manually open the property editor and then open the dropdown to view usages? Trying to avoid an incredibly time-intensive manual process of matching properties to workflows.    Thank you.   ...read more
