Hi, It would be beneficial if we could use templates when creating Jira tickets from HubSpot. Our customers report bugs to agents. These agents then need to open a ticket and fill in the standard details about the bug. Hi Communty, We can't have names of the workflows or form submission in a table or pivot in a custom report builder, while it is visible in a single object report. Instead we are able to see just the form ids and workflow ids. The same functionality should be available in custom report builder also. Names of the workflow are visible in single object reports. To sync meetings and tasks, two different calendars are needed. This results in tasks just being synced to a sub-calendar. This sub-calendar is not blocking the respective timeslots within the main calendar which is synced with the meetings-tool. Hi there,   Our sales reps use sequences to get in touch with new prospects and stay in touch/follow up with folks in the sales pipeline. When you work in transactional sales (low priced transactions + volume), your sequences often stagger amongst all of your contacts.  It would make sense if we were able to build a report around "Scheduled email sends" to see what may be going out when as contacts are put into sequences at different points of time.  Yes, with sequences you can see your scheduled sends but our team (and many others) would have a better understanding if they know or can anticipate what is being sent over a period of weeks/months/quarter.  For some, we also hit email send limits too.    Thanks.  ...read more

As an owner of a real estate brokerage, each of my agents has access to Hubspot. In real estate we often work with the same agents in any particular geographic area.  Currently I have 2 agents working 2 different deals with the same listing agent at a different office.  A duplicate contact record can't be created for the listing agent  and I grant both agents access to the listing agents contact record, they will both see all of the activities including the confidential information of each others clients.  As we work deals, its important to be able to see the contact card of an agent at another office, but my agents should onle be able to see only their own activities and communications.  As the admin, I would always be able to behind the curtain to address any improprieties or erros.   To add, each agents should only be able to see their own activities and communications for both DEALS and CONTACTS. ...read more
