Hi, we are just about to rollout HS CRM to our 500 staff. We are a government agency based in NSW, Australia. We manage infrastructure projects for other government agencies and local councils. Project teams can be spread across the organisation and geographic locations. Our 500 staff are spread across 16 offices across the state of NSW and may sometimes be talking to the same contact but don't know it. Although the activity screen in a contact record displays logged email comms and the Overview screen displays the last 5 activities, there is no easy way of seeing how many users are connected to the client, rather you have to scroll through activity to find this out. This could be a simple list of users who have had a touch point (email, phone, text etc) with the contact. This could sit in the overview pane or in the right-hand or left-hand column as an add-in option for companies that would find this quick view of connections beneficial. Our teams would find this feature very useful rather than trying to mine this data by scrolling through the activity pane. And the overview pane only shows the last 5 activities - there should also be an option to expand this to display as many entries as you would like, which might provide a temporary solution for our team and I am sure other large organisations with geographically dispersed staff and clients to see who is talking to who in the business.
