We track the source at the company level independent of all of the associated contacts so that we know lifetime value of a source type. Contact sources change through time as new employees are brought on or into the account. Each contact's source would be different, but ultimately we want to know that we got that company originally via the website or sales email. We want to track the revenue based on that source.  In the previous, limited, report buider with multiple data sources you could select company and deals to accomplish this. However it meant you have to build other reports to gather revenue via marketing campaign or deal lead source.    In the new builder, I can almost combine my revenue reports. It would be useful to allow users to only be able to use the list filter to pull in contacts that they own or their team owns. With flexible associations and custom objects, we have many contacts associated to many child and parent companies.   When we create campaigns based on criteria at the child company level, it is emailing all associated contacts multiple times.  If a contacts is associated to 7 child companies that meet the trigger criteria they are getting emailed 7 times.   I need a feature to ensure the workflow will de-dupe my contacts associated to the child companies or parent companies in a workflow. ...read more

Hola, estaría muy bueno poder tener un informe que nos muestre la tasa de cierre por vendedor.   Es decir, en un grafico de barras, por ejemplo, ver la tasa de cierre de cada vendedor y podriamos compararlo con el mes anterior.   entiendase por tasa de cierre a Negocios ganados sobre la cantidad de negocios abiertos por ese vendedor.   Intente de mil maneras pero en un solo reporte no se puede tener. It would be very useful to filter your contacts list by the deal stage. Imagine all the opportunities that would come from this. We could assign contacts to an active list and send personalized emails to contacts within that deal stage. We could form accurate reports on how many contacts are in each stage. Activity by date - new forms set up.   Ability to use date, created today and then this auto changes each day.   So I can get a workflow to email each day  (today) activies that have happened.   Example - workflow email to me when new forms are set up in hubspot, it runs each day and I do not need to update the date.
