Here's the scenario... I create a task titled "Call Customer A". The AI automatically changes it to a Call task. When I use the task queue (which is always from my laptop) and this task comes up, it has a pop-up window prompting me to enter my phone number as it will "Automatically log calls with HubSpot, Record calls straight to your CRM so you can keep all your conversations in one place." I make calls on my mobile and do not want to call through my laptop. I need to close this reminder with every call task.     Or I when I create the task titled "Call Customer A" and it automatically changes it to a call task I need to click the drop-down and change it back to a task. But then I need to manually add the call when I run through the queue. Now taking 2 clicks extra for each call task. Plus when I come to the task, I need to manually open the "Log Call"   I registered my cell number to see if that would help. And now a pop up comes up wanting to call through my laptop. I can not log any data about the call and need to close the window and add it manually again. Overview We are currently trying to use HubSpot for support and CS teams. We added the intercom and HubSpot integration so now CSR's can see conversations on a contact which is a great first step knowing but it's not very actionable.    Request The hope is to report on how many conversations a company/ contact has in a given period. This way we can see which companies are taking more time and energy. Maybe flag it to get the CSR to reach out and help.  Bonus This would be even better if we could flag the unhappy customers from Intercom in Hubspot via a report that could go on a CSR dashboard.  Ideal CSR Dashboard: *# of companies per CSR, MRR, Last logged in (from Intercom), Happiness (from Intercom), Paid/ next payment (via Chargebee integration), last contacted(being able to exclude or include intercom interactions), *Stage of onboarding, *Missing data needing to be filled out.  *means we can currently do it Thank you so much for listening! Hi HubSpot Community! Win Probability % on Deal Stages is currently manually set by the user. It would be valuable to our organization if there was the option to go from Manual to Automated for setting these values -- these % could automatically update based on real deal close data gathered overtime in the HubSpot platform. Of course there would need to be logic in place to ensure a bad quarter, etc. didn't skew overall % for most accurate forecasting, but overall would be helpful for this % to update automatically based on HubSpot Data.  Thanks for your consideration! It would be valuable to be able to create proprties that are lookup values of records from other entities. As an example, On "Companies" I would like to be able to lookup a "Contact" where I could have the contact be a property on the company.  The Contact, serving as a property for Compnies could indicate a "Referring Contact" or "Principal Owner".    This would allow referrals to be tracked for credit and reporting, among other uses. ...read more

It happens frequenly enough for us where we have two different deals for a single deal. Either because we're working through a partner or a deal has gone stale enough where it makes sense to create a new deal for them (from a commission perspect for our SDRs). It would be really helpful to be able to merge deals.   Additionally, there could be a drop down form when merging deals to indicate which parts of the deals you want to keep when there is overlap. ...read more

It is great that we can count or sum over objects using calculated properties. However, we often have cases where we want to put not just one but multiple conditions. So if we could have filter functionality similar to the normal list filters or workflow filters where we can combine multiple conditions with AND / OR that would make calculated fields much more powerful for us. ...read more
