Hi there,   I'd like to be able to create something similar to the save Sections - however, whenever I update the section, it changes in every instance it is saved across all emails that have already been created.   For example, we have a President signature we use on all emails, and it would be nice to update it in one place, and have that change affect everywhere the President signature is used instead of having to go through and change 50+ emails. Steps to reproduce: 1. Create a new property of a type `Single-line text` or `Multi-line text` for any object type (or use any existing property of those types). 2. Insert this example value (65512 bytes) of this property for any object. 3. Try to find the object for any text after 30'000 symbols from the saved value. The object will not return by both API and CRM UI. ‍‍‍‍‍‍ ‍‍ Note: the search works properly for any part of the property before 30'000 symbols. So, if we set the value from the sample above, we will be able to find the object by "this_value_started_on_29944_character" but will not with "this_value_started_on_30020_character". ‍‍‍‍‍‍ ‍‍ Dear Hubspot support, please fix this for CONTAINS_TOKEN filter usage for single-line and multi-line properties for both CRM API and CRM UI. For a better understanding of anomalies by customer support, it would be simpler if the user could include screenshots directly in the ticket description rather than as an attachment. We would thus better understand the successive manipulations which led to an error message. It's already possible to add screnshots when answering to a ticket. ...read more

  I suggest a change to the functionality of emails associated with deals and companies.  With long B2B sales cycles, new contacts get added to deals frequently.  I suggest all of their (the contact) past email threads should get associated with the deal when they are added to the deal. ...read more

Twofold needed additions to payments:   1. I'm looking for a way, in both payment links and quotes with "pay now" links, to automatically add a "surcharge" of 3% (of the total) ONLY IF (based on the condition that) their total is over $1,500 AND they selected CREDIT CARD as the payment type.   2. I'd like to have the ability to add properties to Payments, such as "Payment Message", "Customer Number" and "Invoice." Right now, when someone makes a payment, we have to use the "comment" property on the Contact record to get any message from the Customer regarding the payment (invoice number, question, comment, etc). I am told that the currency formatting cannot being changed. I would like to have this changed. I am in Canada and deal between Canadian and American currency. Throughout our office we use $ for Canadian currency and USD$ for American currency. I am new to Hubspot and can see confusion happening when staff are reading in Hubspot.
