Hello, my organization is in the process of auditing our properties and is trying to find a way to quickly view specific property usage within HubSpot. Exporting all properties only shows in the "usages" column the type of usage (form, automation platoform flow, etc) and not, for example, the name of the workflow in which the property is being used.    I know the specific usages can be viewed from Preferences>Properties and clicking on the number in the "used in" column, but is there a way to export that information without having to manually open the property editor and then open the dropdown to view usages? Trying to avoid an incredibly time-intensive manual process of matching properties to workflows.    Thank you.   ...その他を表示

There needs to be a way to create an active list based on when the last time an email subscriber opened ANY email and not have to manually select every single email you want included.   The "date last marketing email opened" does not include transactional messages, which should also be included in the "any" qualifier.   This is basic functionality and the graymail blanket doesn't allow for email marketers to create and compare lists and the number of subscribers in each. For example, I can't create active lists to see and compare who lands in the "not opened in 90 days" vs "not opened in 120 days." ...その他を表示

Can you maybe add dates to your courses, seeing that the industry is changing so fast it will help a lot if we know how relevant the course info is to the current market trends?    With further research, I found that the course I'm currently busy with (not finished yet) talks about the google algorithm of 2015 with no further mention of the algorithms that followed. There isn't a way to translate a single chatflow currently, as we need to build chatflows in different languages and displaying the chatflow on the different languages. I would like the exact same chatbots but in different languages with a translation feature (like in the KB) ...その他を表示

We have a case where we've been tracking logins on our platform as a form submission. Over time we've had users who logged in more than a 1000 times, which has meant that they now have reached the form submission limit on a contact level, and we can now no longer track form submissions on their contact pages. These contacts are as their # of logins suggest some of our most important customers, why it is super important that we can track forms on their contacts. We understand that logging logins as a form submission wasn't the way to go, but there must be a way to delete those forms. If not available for admins, then at least for HubSpot support. It doesn't make any sense that almost everything else but forms can be deleted. In essence a bunch of our most important clients are now rather useless for automations and tracking based on forms. ...その他を表示

The current velocity report shows the time between create date and close date. My sales team has deals in the first step of the process for a while sometimes and only when it moves from step 1 (SQL) to step 2 (Prospecting) the actual sales process starts. I would for that reason like to know the velocity from the moment it moves from step 1 to 2 to close date.  Also, my cycle is split between SDR's and AE's, meaning AE's take over halfway the sales cycle. I would like to know the velocity from start to hand over to AE for and SDR. So, what's the Velocity in days between Step 1 and step 5 and between step 5 and 10?  ...その他を表示
