Currently the Cards in the Overview Tab will allow display of Properties for the containing Object.  However, if the Property Type is "Rich Text", only an abbreviated "Plain Text" version is displayed in the card.  It would be great if the card would actually display the Rich Text formatted content. When you have any record in HubSpot, be it company or contact, and there is a field with a URL, such as company website, LinkedIn company page, e-mail, etc., you can open the link with a single click, via a small square with an arrow pointing out to the upper right (during onMouseOver).   However, the HubSpot Chrome Extension is missing the ability to do this. Ablity to automatically associate a contact to a deal when we email them. We are sending emails from a deal to our Contractors to Quote for a job. When we send it it would be great it if could automatically associate that companycontact with the deal and not just the homeowner contact.   this is for sales and to speed up the manual process of having to add the additional contact to the deal, this will allow visiablility to view who else is required to follow up on outside of our company to present a wholsome quote to the client.  ...read more

When you log a phone call in the contacts activity record you have several options to choose from like the outcome and the direction of the call.    When logging a text message these options are not available.  ...read more

You should be able to create a field/property on any object that's your standard picklist but it allows the user to add a new option and show that option going forward. Like a tagging or drop down creation permission. ...read more

Support representative filing on behalf of a customer. The current method for two-factor authentication can be unwieldy at best and vulnerable at worst for some customers. There is the potential for phone-based solutions to be compromised, and saving backup codes to a device is vulnerable to compromise, as well.  By allowing users more control over their two-factor authentication, we can add a layer of security and increase convenience for users in the login flow. We also have an opportunity to better support customers by improving the process to regain access to lost 2FA methods by increasing self-service options that don't require intervention from account admins or a long review period by internal HubSpot processes (currently 48-72 hours). ...read more
