Background As a company we run regular webinars, eSeminars and virtual conferences and we run our promotions, registration, execution and follow-up via HubSpot emails, landing pages, forms and workflows.   Issue Our users are increasingly asking for 'Certificates of Attendence' for these events as part of their continuous professional development programs. Obviously, we can do this manually but with many thousands of attendees each year this is a big job.   Solution? Would it be possible to create a system that links registration forms (with a specific field to request a 'Certiifcate of Attendance') to a template PDF certificate that could be autopopulated with; for example, First Name/Last Name/Company/Date etc and emailed to each requesting user 24 hours after attending an event (set up using a workflow). This would certainly increase attendance levels, and more importantly save us a lot of time. Moreover, I could see this system having many different applications other than event certificates. ... I've recently discovered that you are very limited when it comes to smart content when creating emails. Currently, you can only select small content modules and not combine text and images together - which is not ideal if you want to send different email variants to different customer groups.   Here you can see I have several content modules which I have to individually select and edit. Plus it's not always easy for me to see all those customers who are Fruity & Fragrant, for example.   I think it would be great to be able to combine text, images and buttons together in smart modules so that you could personalise whole sections of emails easily. When creating a task through an automated workflow, it is today possible to personalize the title of that task with tokens (e.g. contact's first and last name). That is extremely helpful, since many tasks might be created this way and without any personalization they all look the same. This option is however not available when automatically creating a task as part of a sequence, which is quite annoying 🙂  ... Exibir mais

As an administrator, it would be helpful if I had a way to systematically update email signatures for all users within my HubSpot account. With our email system, we have a daily job that runs to update everyone's email signature so they are always up to date and correct. If we could use that same job to also update signatures within HubSpot, that would be a big help. Currently when we update signatures, I have to go through each user and email them their HTML that they have to copy/paste into their own signature since I cannot manage their account.  ... Often a cloning feature in the CMS is missing. Especially when we build pages with some or many similar rich text modules it's a frustrating experience to create every module from scratch. Nearly everything in HubSpot can be cloned.   Would love it, if this could be cloned too. ... Exibir mais

Currently it's not possible to reference a file that is stored in Documents within a Project Task.   It would be helpful to have this feature, to avoid duplicating files. For example, I want to store useful Excel templates (like personalised import files) in Documents for my customer. I'm also creating a Project, to explain tasks that need to be performed and I would like to reference the same file easily from a Project Task.   It is possible to attach HubSpot assets like blog posts, email, landing pages and/or website pages to a Project Task, so my requirement is similar to that - just specific files stored under Documents instead.  ...
