Right now our agents are available during our business hours. The ticket reporting for average response time is the total time from ticket creation to first agent response and does not currently take into account business hours. For example a ticket submitted on Sunday at 9am outside of business hours that is replied to at 10am on Monday, should have a first response time of 1 hour, as opposed to 25 hours how it is currently reported. Refine the form submissions enrollment filter in Workflows to point to external pages, on this dropdown only Hubspot pages will appear.   Specifically, when creating a workflow for a Zoom webinar, my Hubspot webinar form template lives on my external website page. If we have several webinar pages live at the same time you can't point to each external webinar page to capture its registration.   ...read more

Custom Quotes - Unit $$ Wondering when the custom quote form will add the Unit $$ value and not just the Qty? we have many clients confused that there is a QTY, but NO unit price. For example, we will have 10 for a total of $2500 (the customer has to figure out the price per unit is $250! 1. Where it gets more confusing is the discounts. It would be great to have the ability to have progressive dependent fields on forms as to not bombard users with too many questions while giving us the ability to better profile the user each time they reenter our website and submit a new form.    It is limiting to only be able to either have progressive fields (with no rules) or just dependent fields with rules right now.  ...read more

The way images are embedded into email messages could be smoother.  Currently when building a template, you can insert an image from your library into the template, but it always comes out in it's Native Size.   The issue with that is, you either have make the image way too big, taking up too much space, to be readable, or you can make it really small, which makes the screenshot/image very hard to read if you try to zoom in (pixelated).     The Fix/Enhancement should be to allow you to drop an image anywhere into your template email body, and resize it through a cursor.  When the email is opened, there should be an option to click on the image(s), popping the image out into it's native (larger) size.   ...read more
