Hi there, We use Harvest for time tracking and there is currently no native integration between Harvest and Hubspot. We need to be able to able to have users log time to Harvest when they are working on Support tickets. We currently have this natively integrated into Trello and would be great to have this in Hubspot as if we use Hubspot support we will need to do this manually or create and integration which isn't ideal.  ...read more

We've recently started using custom behavioral events in our codebase.  One thing we found weird is that we didn't have any way of deleting completions of these events after they were fired.  We fired off over 100 during development/testing, but aren't able to delete them from the records.  Would be ideal to be able to do so, just as we can with all other objects in Hubspot CRM. ...read more

Hello, Hubspot community! I actually ran into this problem a long time ago, but now a solution would be extremely relevant. I know that certain users are involved in several automations and I need to find them to replace these users/update automations etc. But it seems that there is no such option in Workflow's filters, and the user section does not show atomations in which users participate. Having just spoken with support, they let me know that it is not possible to automate associating tasks created from Contact or Company pages with open deals that are associated to said Contacts or Companies. The closest solution available is to use a workflow to create a new task associated to all three - effectively doubling task volume and creating more areas to click to effectively manage creation/completion.   It would be helpful if when creating a task for a lead (from the Contact or Company pages) that it becomes associated with all corresponding items (Companies, Contacts, Deals, Tickets).  That way tasks can be managed from any of the areas in which they appear. ...read more
