Because customization in the automated meeting confirmation emails is extremely limited (no logos or images, etc.), we have been trying to create an automated reminder email that we can send through a workflow. However, when we insert the Personalization Token "Date of last meeting booked in meetings tool," only the date shows, not the time. Here's how the property displays in a contact record: And when that property is inserted in an email: There are tokens in the "baked-in" confirmation email, but these tokens are not available when a user is creating an automated email: Users need better options for confirming. I think any of the following changes would be a way to address this need: 1. Allow for more customaization in the "baked-in" reminders that live in the Meetings Tool (add images, etc.) 2. Adjust the display of the "Date of last meeting booked in meetings tool" so that it is the same both in the contact record and when it's inserted as a personalization in an email. 3. Make the "Meeting: Date" and "Meeting: Time" tokens available for use in automated emails.
