I wanted to share some feedback regarding the user experience with sorting entries in the Contacts and Companies sections of HubSpot. Currently, it seems that the sorting order (e.g., alphabetical) is not retained upon refreshing the page. This requires users to repeatedly set their preferred sorting order, which can be somewhat inconvenient. For instance, when sorting companies alphabetically, a company starting with 'G' should logically precede one starting with 'R'. However, after setting this order and refreshing the page, the sorting reverts to the default, placing the 'R' company back at the top. This behavior contrasts with platforms like Airtable and other CRM systems, where the chosen sorting order is preserved, enhancing the user experience by providing consistency and saving time. Would it be possible to consider making the sorting order persistent across sessions? This change would greatly improve usability and align HubSpot more closely with industry standards.
