Hi team, posting on behalf of my customer:    they are looking for a property type that will record the time of an action. With date properties, we can see the date an action happened, e.g. the date a contact was created, but we are unable to capture the time of this action in the UI.   A new property field type for Time property that allows users to set the parameters will be extremely useful as they are looking to report on when a lead responded.    thanks team! ...read more

Hubspot only allows users on Primary teams to be mentioned in the Comments of an Inbox. Those who are on Additional teams can view the Inbox but cannot be mentioned. We have Super Admins and managers who need to be able to be mentioned across multiple inboxes.   This limitation did not used to be the case. It's hard to see what this change helps. If a user has an Additional Team that has Inbox permissions, this user is grayed out in the Inboxes Access settings, so there is no way to allow for mentions without changing the user's Primary team or the entire system of team permissions we had set. I am looking to create a list of all contacts who have submitted any form on any page of my website then sort that list by form submission date. I am currently able to create a smart list with the criteria of "has submitted any form" on "any page" which generates the appropriate list.  All that needs to be implemented is bringing over the date submitted information from the forms tool as a contact property. I know this feature is not currently available, has anyone found a workaround that accomplishes the same goal? ...read more

currently there isn't field history tracking, and if someone uploads a business card it automatically moves them into the new reps name even if they are in HubSpot and assigned to someone else.  This is an issue, especially without variance reporting on field changes.  Please create a toggle to allow us to turn this feature off.  Also field history reporting is something I thought we'd have with HubSpot and would be very helpful in managing the program.   ...read more
