Hey Guys!  Posting the idea for a customer here 🙂 It would be great to have the ability to disable the automatic association between users and tickets when putting users on the CC of the email.    Along with this, When there are multiple associations between one ticket and more than one contact or company, that results in "# records" being shown as the values for Associated Contacts and Associated Company in the ticket dashboard view.    It would be great if we could see the names instead of the "# records" in the dashboard view. Em meu negócio pago comissão por alguns itens de linha vendidos, o problema é que não consigo criar um item calculado para identificar quais desses itens são comissionados ou qual a comissão deles, então seria útil se o hubspot pudesse fazer isso, poderia ser por exemplo um campo que eu crio no negócio, onde eu escolheria os itens de linha que contem as palavras no nome para eu selecionar os itens comissionados, somava todos e multiplicava pela porcentagem. We just implemented lead scoring via the HubSpot Score field, which is a Contact Property.   When we're going through our many daily tasks, it would be ideal if we could sort Tasks by HubSpot Score.   This is not currently possible because HS Score is a Contact Property, not a Task Property.   My request is to make it possible to add HubSpot Score as a column to Tasks, so you can Sort Tasks by HubSpot Score. ...read more

When creating a ticket through the Chatflow, setting a priority is required. When creating a ticket manually, it is not. Would like for this Priority to be left as optional or None, so when it goes into our Tickets Dashboard, our staff can judge and set priority (if needed). ...read more

Right now, when setting up a new deal from a contact or company record you have the option to add timeline history, which is great. But quite often we have to add contacts to already existing deals and there is no option to add timeline history for those contacts, which would be really useful.    Same when setting up a deal from the dealboard.  ...read more

Hi, I have created aa workflow to notify the contact owner when a contact leaves the company. It would be great to enable the same notification to also be sent to the account owner/company owner - currently the 'send to existing owners' option only works for the contact owner. However its not always the case that the assigned contact owner will also be the same person as the account owner.      Thanks! ...read more
