We have found that during the chat flow process a message appears for the customer that is automatic and uneditable. We have our chat flow set to request the customer's email after their initial question (See screenshot). Right after the customer submits their email, the following message pops up, "Thank you for your email. We'll be in touch as soon as possible." When editing our chat options, we are not given the option to pick what this message says. It is automatic and uneditable. For our purposes, it sends the wrong message and we would love the option to edit the verbiage, similar to the way we have the option to edit the "welcome" message and the "away" message.
