Currently, you can make lists or workflow filters/triggers if someone clicks a specific link in a specific email OR any link in a specific email.   What I'm looking for is the ability to track the click of a specific link in ANY email. If I have xyz.com/123 in 5 emails, I currently have to set 5 triggers/filters for if someone clicking that link in each of the 5 emails separately. ...その他を表示

Make it so I can create a task view off property filters just like contacts and companies.  This would be good so I can add something like tasks made by me, tasks assigned to me by others, tasks made from work flows, etc.    I know I can do that manually but it's annoying to have to do it every time I load up my tasks.   Thank you. ...その他を表示

There should be a banner or announcement spot where easily changed messages from us to users can be shown. (Here, I have its possible placement marked in yellow/red on top of the Bot name.)  Who (what type of role or team) is the feature for? Our clients What is their goal? To receive info they couldn't get any other way What value will this add? Theclients are approaching us and get extra info rather than us spamming them with emails. When dealing with registrations we have dealt with many form submissions where submissions spell accounts wrong or something similar and create a mountain of duplicate or inaccurate accounts/data in general.    I'd like to propose a way to include your accounts in a drop-down or search menu. This way registrants can search for their company and select it as opposed to typing it out themselves.    My use case as my company has members of their group, they need to register for an annual meeting each year. Managing duplicate or inaccurate data is more work than needed, it also messes up lists and communications. ...その他を表示

The email analysis report is strong, but having no ability to filter it and add it to a dashboard is a bit silly.  I can see a great report on the default report, but I cannot filter it by email name and add it to a dashboard or customize my columns and save them in a dashboard.    The ability to create a truly strong email marketing dashboard would be very powerful and bring the tool up to the level of Klaviyo or mail chimp.   ...その他を表示

Currently, everything is based on one contact, but it would be nice to have a 'primary' contact for each company so that a sales person doesn't get a task for every single contact in the company when they do something to act on (then that person sends it to the primary contact anyway and causes a lot of frustration/confusion) ...その他を表示

On the contact page it would be nice to have a tab for forms submitted (current the top has Calls, Emails, Notes, etc)   As well as a quicker way to go to the bottom to see how they converted. Currently its super annoying to keep scrolling (and wait for everything else to load) just to see that piece     ...その他を表示

I am shocked that you can't create a view for Tasks I've assigned to others. This seems like a major oversight...   I need to be able to see all the tasks I've assigned to people without having to search by Assignee.  ...その他を表示
