When exporting reports that show data based on multiple weeks, currently only the acumulated data is being exported, however, this makes it impossible to see the data for specific weeks that are visible on the report within HubSpot.   It would be a great addition when exporting reports to have the option to export data separated for each week. ...read more

Posting on behalf of a customer.   HubSpot has functionality to preview how your email may look like across different email clients and devices (see KB here), but not for landing pages.    Being able to preview landing pages across a variety of common browsers and devices from within HubSpot would be super useful.   Different browsers may also have their own stylesheets and the browser styling can sometimes make HTML elements look different across different browsers, so what looks fine on Google Chrome might not look the same on Safari.   Here is where I'm referring to is (please see attached screenshot)               Points to note: Understand that the preview is meant to be a starting point and offer a general look into how things would look like on different device ratios associated with different screen types, and that a tool like devtools/inspect tool for looking at the page, can provide more specificity on this That said such a feature for landing pages specifically could be handy especially when checking on how landing pages look like on mobile/ overall mobile responsiveness. Role: End user Goal: User wants to upload a heavy video file via HubSpot file manager Value: User will know that the video file will not be uploaded and will try to figure out some other solution instead of waiting on the file to be uploaded.   Repro steps: Open File manager Try to upload video in size over 2.5GB (size is not defined by HubSpot, this is from my specific case) Video is stuck on loading even though it is not uploaded Current behaviour: The UI shows loading bar as if the video is being uploaded when in fact it is not. The loading bar is shown until the page is refreshed. This creates an issue for the end user because the user is waiting for the file to upload, while in the back nothing is happening. Suggested behaviour: It would be great if user would receive a notification/pop-up that'd say "File too big, please compress it before upload." or something similar. In my case HubSpot support suggested Handbrake open-source software to me and I compressed the video. This would be really helpful as part of the notification as well. ...read more

Today, tags in Hubspot Blog are ranking trough creation date.   So the most recent will appear first and this tag will be the one shown in the grid of your blog.   I like to use tags as categories with some of them being the principal and others being sub-categories. Everytime I add a new category if it doesn't behave like a want, I have to delete tags in order to set creation date right and it's so time wasting.   To verify this, you only have to edit a blog post and play with the tags, trying to change position order between tags, it will reset using creation date.   ...read more

I've built many workflows I'd like to build granular reports around and be able to associate them directly back to the flows. There are workarounds for some of what I've tried to report on, but it would be powerful to build reports around workflow memberships and goals met. I'm open to more distilled ideas on how Hubspot might better incorporate workflows in custom reporting, but I want to put this idea/request out there as a starter! ...read more
