We recently added some videos inside of CTA Popups, which is a natural thing to do given that Video is one of only 7 available modules in CTA drag and drop editor.   I was surprised to find that I am unable to report on video analytics inside a CTA popup (unless I am missing something?). Following the steps on this page (https://knowledge.hubspot.com/website-pages/add-videos-to-your-hubspot-content) to build a custom report,  I can only see the videos we have used on-page.   In fairness, the documentation does state that video analytics are only available in pages, blog posts, and knowledge base articles. Currently, you can only do asset partitioning for marketing emails. We would love if we could also do this for sales emails. Here is our use case: Our Accounting team will periodically need to send payment reminder emails to a client including past-due notices. These (potentially embarassing) emails do not need to be seen by EVERYONE. If all emails sent by the accounting department could be "hidden" from other teams, but still be attached to the applicable contact/company/deal, it would greatly help our workflow and communication. ...read more

In the old Shopify integration, a property "Source Store" was automatically created by in the integration, to help distinguish which store a contact came from.    With the new Shopify Data Sync, you can now sync multiple stores, but it doesn't have the Source Store property, which defeats the entire purpose of having multiple stores if you can't filter your contacts by store.    I realize that you have Source Store on the orders, but our marketing team needs to be able to distinguish contacts that come in from forms that are attached to Shopify, even if they haven't purchased a product yet.    I can copy the Source Store from the Order to the contact, but we need to the Source Store to be attached to the contact from the beginning.  ...read more

I am doing an A/B test on a landing page and I'd like to be able to some how view a list of contacts generated by each variation. I want to be able to ge the file name from the attachments section in the CRM in graphiQL. Right now you can only grab the file's id using this variable hs_attachment_ids. In this you get a value and label. Both of those are the file's id. The value should be the id and the name of the file should be the label. ...read more
