I find it difficult to write custom module field JSON from scratch so I often have to use Design Tools in the browser and then fetch it to my local environment using the CLI.   Currently I have been having to write different CLI commands to push/pull. to keep things in sync. But I was thinking it would be nice to right click on the module and copy the fields json and I could paste it in my local code and the watch command would push everything to keep it synced.   Is anyone else having trouble building custom module fields using the CLI? ...read more

Hi! I'm a HubSpotter submitting this idea on behalf of a customer: I have a lot of folders for my teammates in the Templates tool, and I realized that I'm not able to filter results by file type. At the moment, I can only order the template and folders in alphabetical order (ascending/descending) or by the last modified date (ascending/descending). It would be great if we could sort by folders or add a "filters" button to easily locate folders. Thanks!  ...read more

I would love to be able to filter this standard, built-in report by a contact property. It would be so beneficial to be able to see how these metrics change between "audience types", "lifecycle stages", "buyer personas", etc. It's also not possible to create this type of report from scratch as "email marketing" is not an object type. I think that any updates from our QA team through Jira should populate on the associated support ticket of the client affected by the issue.   For instance, we submit a support ticket for someone who sees an error message. Our team creates a Jira development ticket and associates it to the Service Hub support ticket. Any updates given by our QA team in Jira are sent to our filtered inbox. I want to see those updates on the actual Service Hub ticket record so that everything about the issue is consolidated in one spot. Right now, in order to update the customer on their issue, we have to search for the email containing the update in our filtered inbox which seems very clunky.  ...read more

Today I discovered that when adding a new value to an existing property, the new value is automatically added to all forms using that property, even though the new value is not relevant in all instances that form is used.    Is it possible to have a 'push to all forms' option rather than it being automatically added as the default? We have hundreds of forms in multiple languages and new values need to be added to existing properties (eg when a new product is released). Going back through all of these forms to remove the value when it's not relevant is a huge waste of time.     ...read more

Right now we don't have the ability to create workflows based on user data - if x rep creates x amount of contacts/accounts or a new document is uploaded or some kind of goal is met based on activity etc.   Ideally, user data and/or goals could be set in a workflow so that we can send updates to our slack channel of good activity - building certain #'s of accounts, closing a certain goal of deals, etc ...read more

Hallo zusammen,   aktuell beträgt das Limit für Berichte in Dashboards 20. In den meisten Fällen ist dies auch mehr als ausreichend. Für ein allumfassendes Marketing-Reporting empfinde ich 20 aber als etwas zu wenig. Bedenkt man all die Möglichkeiten die HubSpot bietet (Quellen, Lifecycle-Phase, Unterscheidung in Produkte, Dauer bis zum Abschluss, usw.), empfinde ich das schon als knapp bemessen. Wäre es daher vielleicht möglich, das Limit zu erhöhen? Es muss ja nicht gleich auf 100 hoch gehen, aber vielleicht wenigstens von 20 auf 30-50. Viele Grüße ...read more

Currently the search within a support bot Knowledge Base displays all articles in the KB. Since you can categorize the articles it would be great to allow a certain category of articles to display based on the page/user.    For example, we have two categories.  1. Instructors 2. Students   If students were only seeing student help articles and instructors only see instructor help articles it would be perfect.  ...read more
