Hi, I have multiple workflows that have multiple lead nurturing emails sent to each lead as they progress through the workflow.  My issue is, often a lead signs ups for more than one workflow at the same time. This causes them to receive emails mails from multiple workflows at once.  Can you create a way to make sure that at any given time, a lead is only in one workflow. Our emails can include "deep links" to be processed by on mobile devices by our app instead of the default web browser. We use and want to continue using HS link racking but this "wraps" each link within the email in HS oinks that thhen automatically forward to the original destination.   We can turn HS link tracking on or off completely, but we'd like an option to flag a speicfic link to NOT be HS tracked where all other links in the same email continue to be HS tracked. ...read more

To the HubSpot Product Team,   There's not a good idea category to put this in since this is more of a Universal User Experience idea. Please let me know if anyone has a better category suggestion.   I propose the addition of a Command Palette feature within the HubSpot web app platform, a tool that I believe would significantly enhance user efficiency and satisfaction.   Feature Description: The Command Palette should be an intuitive, accessible interface allowing users to quickly execute commands or navigate the HubSpot environment. By pressing a simple keyboard shortcut, such as "⌘ + K" or "Ctrl + K," or "⌘ + J" or "Ctrl + J", users should be able to launch the Command Palette and type in actions or search terms they wish to execute or find, respectively. This could enhance the current Search feature in the HubSpot platform.   Key Benefits: Increased Efficiency: Users can rapidly navigate to different parts of the application or execute commands without navigating through menus or remembering specific URLs, thereby saving time and increasing productivity. Enhanced Usability: This feature would cater to power users and novices alike, offering a more streamlined and unified experience. It simplifies user interaction, especially for those who prefer keyboard navigation over mouse usage. Improved User Satisfaction: By keeping up with modern UI trends and addressing user needs for quick navigation, HubSpot can enhance overall user satisfaction and stay competitive in the SaaS market.   Suggested Features: Universal Search: Allow users to search across all of HubSpot's modules (contacts, companies, deals, etc.) from the Command Palette the same way you do now with the Search function. Action Execution: Users should be able to execute common actions directly from the Command Palette. For example, creating a new contact or company from anywhere. And creating a note, creating a task, starting an email, from the current record. Contextual Suggestions: As users type, the Command Palette should offer suggestions, including recently viewed items or common actions, to speed up navigation. Customizability: Provide options to customize the Command Palette shortcuts and to include user-defined actions or macros for repetitive tasks. Implementation Considerations: Accessibility: Ensure the Command Palette is accessible, supporting keyboard navigation and screen readers, adhering to WCAG guidelines. Performance: The Command Palette should be lightweight and responsive, with minimal impact on the application's overall performance. User Education: Upon launch, offer tutorials or tooltips to educate users about the Command Palette and its benefits to encourage adoption. Feature request: For meeting summary reports, you use "In-Person" label instead of the individual addresses to report in a summary report. Reason for request: It would be great to be able to track my teams remote and on-site customer activity in a dashboard using a clean easy to read summary report. Althouth it seems this should be possible given the hubspot schedule meeting screen allows selection of "Phone call", "Video Call", "In-Person" and "Custom" as locations, Hubspot actually reports all the individual addresses and not simply "In-Person". This results in an unusable summary report with a significant amount of items, as each address is summarized seperatly. ...read more

Currently there is no ability on the IOS mobile app to upload or view attachments. At this time, it appears we are only able to upload images via the mobile app in notes activities. PDF/other documents aren't yet supported. We run a construction company with dozens superintendents, sales reps, project managers and project formans on the field.
