One of the limitations we are running into is not being able to assing Objects to users and provide them the ability to create/edit existing fields.  The current function allows any user that has the ability to add / remove property fields to do so on all objects.  Would like a way to delegate certain object types to certain users. Example as follows: Our Sales Operation Expert (also HubSpot Subject Matter Expert) would have the ability to asisst in setting up properties, pipeline updates, etc all for the Deal object but not have access to set up properties for a contact / company record.  Likewise for our Support Team, have a user delegated access to add/remove properties and ticket items accordingly but not able to touch Deals.  ...read more

Hello   I'm trying to find a means to analyze critical sales documentation and call notes.   I wish to link a document that I upload to a deal in the CRM. After the deal is completed, it's either submitted as a Word document or a PDF, and I can use an AI algorithm to extract the important words. Name, affiliations, earnings, and rivals.   For instance, in the CRM, enter deal 1 if I have a contract. They provide me with a lot of information throughout our meeting, which I record in a document. Hello! I have a task at the end of every month where I need to gather a list of contacts who filled out certain forms for the previous month. I know I can go to Contacts -> List -> Create List, then set up a filter where I can collect every form submission between Day 1 and Day 30. The resulting list tells me the contacts who submitted to any form, but it does not tell me what form they submitted. I could also visit every form individually and download a list of submissions, but I have well over 50+ forms to visit, and the list of forms grows every month. That is exhausting!    Organizations like ours who set up numerous forms for various purposes would benefit from a feature like this, and it would be ideal for those who are charged with the task of analyzing growth of various lead generation campaigns month over month, like I am.    For examples of other platforms that have this, we use Unbounce to create our web landing pages. They provide the ability to export all leads, and the export contains the contact info AND the form they filled out, all in one single .csv file. At the moment, it is not possible to switch a domain from one business unit to another. You need to disconnect the domain from the first BU and reconnect it to the other BU. Would love the option to filter based off of the most recent value of a property before it was updated. So basically "this property was last updated from X --> Y or Z".   Example: - Forecast Status was last equal to Committed - Forecast Status is any of Upside or Blank   This would allow us to trigger real-time sales leader notifications when a deal regresses from their team's forecast.   The current option of "has ever been any of" works for most deals in this scenario, but additionally pulls in older deals that may have been committed + pulled out of commit months ago (which is definitely the exception vs the rule, but we still have to account for that 🙂). ...read more
