When using a contact based workflow to create a deal, we have the option to select which objects this deal should be associated with. Hey,   We would really need to have the possibility to make some records not visable for other users without limiting access into teams. Our current set up is 700+ users and around 80 teams. All of the teams need access to all other teams data. The only thing is that one team are working with very classified data. And the visability and access to those contacts and deals need to be very restricted to the only users that need that access. What I am asking for is a way to, on record level, make some data & records limitable and restricted. And give me(admin) the possibility to whom who need that access.  ...read more

Please do something about Campaigns. They should firstly need to be object, properly accessable via reports and APIs.   Let us customise them with properties we prefer, because current options available on Campaigns don't meet the minumum standart for a professional marketer (eg. no spend/budget relationship, ROI not available for any other campaigns aside of Ads, missing important calculations like CPL, CPA etc.   Lastly let users export this data properly, whilst the above missing elements could be develop over time, meanwhile users should be able to export this in such detail that lets users to drill-in and see the performance of campaigns and append them to campaign data held elsewhere, like Google Sheets.   Overall please have another look at Campaigns module and make it stronger, right now it lacks depth.   Regards, Robert ...read more

Currently Deals will are not inheriting the Original Source Type and Data 1/2 from the first contact associated to the deal but rather the latest contact with earliest activity, that creates incorrect first touch attribution as in some cases we have contacts "living" in the database for a year or two that didn't contribute to de the deal, but when associated with the deal they override the originating leads source data carried over on the deal.   I am proposing that we are given some control over the logic of this attribution. On a deal card we can the information about related tasks due date.    As I know, first line is for past tasks and second is for upcoming task due date. Unfortunately, first line does not show the status of that task.   It would be great to see on a card whether the task is completed or overdued. ...read more

Kia ora Currently for a user to be able to add contacts to workflows, the said user also needs permission to 'edit' workflows.   In our case, we need our advisers to be able to add contacts to workflows so they can automate the follow up etc. However, we do not wish to give all our advisers permission to EDIT workflows as there is a potential to break something.   I see a permission to USE a workflow ( as most employees will require) very different than the permission to EDIT a workflow ( which only a few technical employees will require) Would be a good idea to separate those permissions. ...read more

When someone registers for a webinar on the GoToWebinar, HubSpot can get their information and add it to the list. But when they unregister the webinar, HubSpot doesn't update the list. It will be so useful to have an option to extract the information who unsubscribed and or update the list automatically.
