Feature to consider: Allow reporting to draw on client history so we can see what staff member retained their membership for another year. We want to be able to report on client retention so we can see if our team are hitting their KPIs of having our annual members renew their membership for another year without our sales team needing to pitch again. Given we can associate contacts, companies, deals, tickets, etc, I don't see why we can't draw on the last closed ticket's owner so we can see who put in the work for the year. Use case: I thought I created a client retention report that will show our management team if our staff are hitting their KPIs of having members renew annually. Once the report started being in use, I noticed rather than showing me who the employee was who provided good service for a year to encourage client's to stay on board for another year, it was showing me the employee who the client is with now.
