There are quite a few large limitations built into the sales cloud. I'll list them off below.   1. Currently, when adding people to a sequence that does threading, you can only use 1 subject line. You should be able to do the following   Email 1: Subject Line 1 Email 2: reply to subject line 1 Email 3:Subject Line 2 Email 4: reply to subject line 1 Email 5:Subject Line 3   2. We should be able to add a Meeting URL to sequences/templates based on the Sender. It's a little crazy that we can't...   3. Meetings Book Rate should be compiled when a link get's booked and they're enrolled in a sequence, even with or without us including the meeting URL in the sequence itself. We have built a HubSpot Knowledge Base and have identified a need for better content management. The issue comes with the multiple reviews required to make sure a KB page is OK to publish externally. There is are multiple reviewers involved before we can publish a page live: technical review, marketing review, legal review, etc. At present a KB article does not show the edits made by others nor the state of content reviews. A page is either published or not and while you can go back to a prior version you can't actually see what was changed between two versions. And there is no way to take a snapshot of an entire KB and use that to create a new instance. But, hey, that's a CMS.... There are multiple ways to address this need (e.g. build a CMS) but it seemes to me a lighter weight solution would be to allow content to be managed in a wiki or CMS external to KB and then tag and bulk import a doc set when all reviews are complete. It would be great if HubSpot could have an Canny.io integration. Or add similar features to Service Hub?   Having this functionality would be highly beneficial to our SaaS business.   As a product manager, I want customers to be able to view customer feature requests & road map from our website so that customers and the internal team can track ticket progress and upvote features.    Places where feature should come from: Customer Chatbot/live chat Email Create a post on the website Internal team Create a post on the website Additionally, if this feature could integrate with tools like Linear/Monday.com/Jira so that process would auto-update. ...read more

Under list performance, Hubspot should allow activity performance for a duration beyond 30 days. We have lists that follow annual program cycles, so up to one year of activity peformance would be a useful data point to compare list performance.  ...read more

It would be very useful to allow accounts & users to self-select how their sort defaults in reporting.    With dashboards, the effectiveness is maximized by having clear visibility on the rollup so others can understand the story you are telling or the insights you are rolling up / measuring.   An example is within Sales Forecast Reporting, it autosorts by 'Deal Stage', but it would save managers & reps time for this to default sorting by largest 'Amount'.    ...read more

I want to create a form with multiple choice options, but if a contact selects for example option 5, option 1~4 will be no longer able to select. The use case is this: Option 1~4 are the choice of white paper topics and option 5 is "I don't want white paper". If a contact selects option 5, they shoudn't be needing option 1~4. Recently one of our executive leaders realized that the outlook plugin had been tracking every email to his contact record. These emails were to other  C-suite leaders and contained information that should not be public. Hubspot has little to no protections from this except to have each individual person set their Never Log to each of the executive leaders.   My recommendation would be to add functionality to the roles and allow for tracking to be turned off across certain role types to keep this from happening again. ...read more

It would be helpful if there was a Create Date Property Filter that allowed us to select a specific month without having to select a year. It would be helpful in cases of reporting, workflows for always-on campagns, or regular CRM Hygiene to have filters contingent upon a certain month each year. Two specific use cases where this filter is needed hich would allow us to:   Create workflows and reports based around the number of deals created/contacts created/companies created/marketing events that occur, etc. during a specific month each year. Create workflows for deal naming conventions (ie: Update Deal Property: Deal Name > Company Name&" "&Month&" "&Year) Right now, the current date filters prevent the ability to isolate a single month each year. You can choose the between date filter but that only allows you to choose the start and end dates within a specific year. We could select the month only or select between dates of Jan 1 - Jan 31, and then have the option to select a year or not.  ...read more
