I use Gmail and have the extension for HubSpot installed in Chrome. I have set it up so I have to check the Log and Track boxes for these functions. I just learned that HubSpot logs emails from the original point that it is logged. If someone replies to, or forwards, the originally logged email to a different group of people HubSpot will not correctly associate the email with the new recipients but rather the original set from the initial point of logging. HubSpot will also continue to log the thread even if I do not choose to from the reply / forwardl. If you want to have emails logged correctly in these cases you will have to modify the logging from within HubSpot by changing the associations in the email. I think it's a good idea to fix this.
