As we all know, data is what makes HubSpot tick. So I want to have an easy field that tells me how many of the fields on my contacts, companies and deals have been filled in so I can nag my sales people easier to fill that out. Currently creating a website on HubSpot is page specific. For each page you get to select the domain and theme template. So you could potentially have multiple pages using different themes. In WordPress you can have only one active theme. This makes it easier to understand that if you change your active theme it will cascade for all pages in your "site".   Create a site Choose a business unit (if applicable) Choose a domain choose a theme Edit site settings Then when you log into hubspot you have a site manager with all of your sites listed. You can clone a site for staging purposes. Instead of content staging... this would become "Site staging".   If you change a domain for a site it would impact all URLs in that site. According to the Knowledge Base article, filter conditions such as the following will not include records that have no value for the filtered property:   is not equal to any of doesn't contain any of has never been equal to any of has never contained any of is not equal to is none of When filtering for deals in the Deals page, using these conditions would show deals that have empty values in the filtered property. This needs to be consistent with the reporting tool!    The current workaround for this would be to use workflow to populate the empty fields with a custom "blank" value so that they can be included in reporting. This can get really tedious if there are multiple properties to be reported on.    Please look into implementing this. Thank you.   ...read more

Our team installed the integration and we love how it enables us to automatically create tasks through Workflows. However, we noticed that once a task is created we don't receive notifications in Asana as we do for all other tasks we manually assign within the team. This easily leaves a task unnoticed. For anyone who emails, occationally you need to link to a particular webpage or blog post on your site. While you can navigate to the site and find the page, copy the URL and paste into the email, this can be inefficient.    I think it would be better if HubSpot Added the ability to search for webpages to put in your email right from the email "insert" function. They currently do this with knowledge articles, I don't see why it shouldn't be the same way with CMS pages (especially if they are hosted from HubSpot CMS portal).   ...read more
