Hi everybody! I share an idea, to solve a problem that we have encountered in Hubspot: We recently used Ringover as a company virtual phone, it is integrated with our Hubspot. And the problem we have is that the calls are being registered in the contact, not in the ticket. We need you to register on the Ticket. Hubspot Support has commented: that calls are logged to the contact because Ringover is made like that, it syncs to the contact. Not with tickets or business. Then, he has reviewed and confirms that in HubSpot, it is not possible to associate the contact's call with the ticket at the moment, since that option is not developed.
