When our sales send an email to a new contact, that does not exist in the CRM, they have a message that informs them that the contact does not exist in the CRM. So, they can add that contact directly in the CRM while they are writing or before sending the email. However, when ta contact is added to the CRM that way, they (contact) are associated to the wrong company depending on the email domain. The latter creates inaccurate data in the CRM, thus increases the inefficiency and the amout of data cleaning required. So, I was wondering if HubSpot can create the following feature after the contact is added to the CRM (while remaining on the email page): Suggest the companies that the contact could be associated to directly after adding them to the CRM. Thus, the following message could be displayed: "The contact has been added to HubSpot, would you like to associate it to one of the following compnaies?" > Here, HubSpot would display different suggestions of companies that the contact could be associated to, based on the email domain. Additionally, a field to Search for the right company can be added too. This will increase efficiency by adding the contact directly in the CRM AND associating them to the right company. The screenshots show what the CRM currently does. This suggested feature could be added next to them.
