I have a ticket property (Item Number) that has two issues. - It has reached its capacity (when it iwas originally imported, they imported all the historical items). To edit it, it has to be done manually. There should be a way to edit this propert in bulk - If I have to do it manually, There should be away to give access to JUST this propery to a member of my team without having to give them global access. We are currently looking to better utilize DocuSign and HubSpot Quotes to align our client service work.   Two improvements that would help:   1.  Integrate DocuSign Click as a one-click approval clickwrap function for approving quotes by a customer.   This is helpful when we want current customers to approve iterative purchase orders or plans.    2.  Allow a 'push' feature to upload a PDF of a quote into a DocuSign envelope without having to manually download, leave the platform, upload, and send to a client when we are trying to include the quote with additional contract documents and onboarding information.   ...read more

Bonjour, Je suis actuellement confronté au problème suivant. Je tente d'importer des données de Sage vers HubSpot. J'ai des devis (Sage) qui sont devenus mes Transactions (HubSpot). J'ai des articles (Sage) qui sont devenus mes produits (HS). Et dans mes devis (Sage), j'ai des lignes devis qui sont les liens d'un devis avec les articles (et qui je pense doivent devenir les lignes produits d'HubSpot). Problème me dit-on, ces lignes produits ne peuvent être créées via l'interface d'importation d'HubSpot. Le support me conseille de passer par l'API ou par une intégration tierce tel que Import2. Je vais donc fouiller de ce côté. L'idée serait donc pour HubSpot d'élargir les importations aux relations N/M et non pas seulement aux relations 1/N. Dîtes moi si cette demande a du sens. A user of our website live chat complained about the UX being poor, i.e. they wanted to minimise the chat popup window, but couldn't figure out how. The X looks like it's to close the popup windows. They were looking for a - sign to minimise the pop up window. I agree with the user - it's not obvious that one has to click on the X instead of a window minimizing icon. Can this be customised? It would be nice if it was possible to create a shared booking module, wherein it was possible to assign different people to different days, after which availability was determined for the bookings.  I.e. I want Martin to handle Mondays, Tommy to handle Tuesdays and William to handle Wednesdays. If a customer tries to book a Tuesday afternoon, the customer is provided with time slots based on Tommy's availability, and the booking ends in Tommy's calendar. In "Scheduling", under meeting settings, I would simply need to select which team member is available for Mondays, Tuesdays and so forth. Meetings would still be pushed to the correct calendar.  Currently, some messy workarounds are needed to be able to do something similar, and the events would end up in a shared calendar between Martin, Tommy and William.  ...read more
