I am trying to set up automated deal alert notifications via workflow that trigger when a deal is moved to Closed Won it sends an email notification to the relevant members of our team that then need to go and action accordingly. The email would be sent to our Operations, Marketing and Finance teams so Operations can execute the deal, Marketing can market their involvement, and Finance can then go and send an invoice. Within our notification we then include what products they purchased, and who from the company needs to be contacted for finance, for marketing, for operations. I have created Company association labels for the contacts to be assigned to, but am unable to insert these data fields into the workflow email I am also unable to insert the Products on the deal into the email either. It would be great if workflows could support this functionality in the future
