Hubspot recently implemented a change to membership-only blogs. When publishing a post, you are required to check a box to send notifications to any unregistered contact.  This will require a massive change to our existing process we have had in place for years. We would like to have that be an option - not a requirement on publishing blog posts.  In practice, this means that any contact who has not registered yet will receive a transactional email to register for this private content. It doesn't matter if a registration email was already sent.  So, if I publish 5 new posts to that member-only blog, those unregistered contacts will get 5 emails asking them to register.  Please make this an option - not a requirement. ...その他を表示

We would like to be able to set a repeating reminder for tasks every 4 weeks. At the moment it doesn't allow that as it's not a pre-set option. Would be really helpful not to have to set a reminder every time the task pops up, or if you could enable users to submit custom pre-set requests.  ...その他を表示

There should be an automated way to add readers (those who stay on your marketing emails longer than ~8 seconds) to a static list. As of now, you can only manually go into each individual email and add them to your static list. If nothing else, we should be able to accomplish automating this with certain criteria within workflows (for example, if they were on "Marketing Email Name" for more than 8 seconds, then add them to "List Name". ...その他を表示

As we have so many people using Hubspot, many different areas of our business, and use Hubspot for so many different things, we think it would be really useful to be able to add tags to things to make it easier to search and help when it comes to reporting etc.   For example, you could apply a 'Product 1' tag to all relevant emails, workflows, lists, etc, then use a filter to search for everything under that tag. You could also use them for reporting to filter to specific tags too. It would also be good to be able to apply multiple tags and select multiple tags when filtering. ...その他を表示

When someone fills out the form to schedule a meeting, it will auto-update any properties associated with the email address if it is already in the CRM. However, if a client has profile with an office email (office@website.com) and any other member of their staff schedule time with me but they use the office@website.com, too - it will update my client's profile with their staff's information. There is currently no customization option to turn off or on auto-updates with meeting scheduler forms. In addition, when I reached out to customer support and was told there was no solution, I asked if there is a way to receive notification when someone updates a property through a scheduler form and was told "There is limited support in this area".  PLEASE FIX THIS! ...その他を表示

Our team relies heavily on integrations to maximize the use of HubSpot, especially since many HubSpot add-ons are unavailable in our region.    Currently, reporting on these integrations in HubSpot is highly restricted because most third-party apps do not appear as direct data sources in custom reports. While some integrations provide pre-created properties, these are often limited and do not cover all key metrics businesses need to track.   For example, many integrations include filters that surface important data, but these cannot be used as a reporting data source. The only workaround is to create lists using these filters and then build reports based on those lists, which is not an efficient or scalable solution.   Allow integration filters to be used directly as a data source in custom reports. This would provide much-needed flexibility for businesses that rely on integrations and ensure better visibility into performance metrics that are currently difficult to track. ...その他を表示
