It is EXTREMELY frustrating that changing the Marketing Contact Status to Non-Marketing Contact is only updated once a month.    For one, you cannot tell by looking at a record if you have marked it to be changed the next month. You have to go through several steps to figure this out which is a waste of time.    Second, this appears to be purely a monetary benefit to HubSpot. HubSpot has NO restriction on making a contact a Marketinh Contact and adding more contacts to your monthly bill, however, it restricts being able to control maintaining the same contact level. This is beyond frustrating.    IF YOU CAN IMMEDIATELY CHANGE A CONTACT TO A MARKETING CONTACT, YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO IMMEDIATELY CHANGE IT TO A NON MARKETING CONTACT!!!!!!!! I cannot think of one case that the benefit would be that this only happen once a month, other than it being that HubSpot can make MORE money off their customers.   Business changes frequetly, contact status changes frequently, we, THE CUSTOMER, should not be punished for doing business.    ... Dear HubSpot Team, I would like to create  business rules to enforce quantity restrictions on specific line items in our HubSpot CRM. We had some custom timestamp phase tracking properties, which are now replaced by native timestamp properties, which is great !   But if we want to use them, we will lose the data from our previosu activity which is not possible. A score limit of 500 is limited when applying scoring to different events and property groups. It would be appreciated if the limit could be extended from 500 to 1000, or remove the limit.  ... Mostrar más

Over the past few months we’ve been testing WhatsApp Business “Flow” templates (interactive, multi‑step forms that run entirely inside a WhatsApp chat) to capture leads and guide them through their customer journey. The numbers speak for themselves: Interaction rate ≈ above 80 % nearly double of our email‑marketing benchmarks. Higher conversion to qualified lead versus the identical form embedded on a web page.   Unfortunately, we can’t realize the full potential of these flows because HubSpot currently supports only standard WhatsApp Marketing templates (simple message or button). With Flow templates we face three main roadblocks: Not able to use them inside Hubspot Template Manager. No field‑to‑property mapping, so the data collected in a flow never reaches the CRM. We are currently using the free version of Hubspot. The contact limit is 1000 contacts. I tried to delete the 1000 contacts currently registered and enter a new contact, but I get an error message saying “The limit of 1000 contacts has been reached” and I am unable to add a new contact. It would be highly beneficial to expand the functionality of the Tasks feature within HubSpot. In particular, the ability to assign tasks to team members and incorporate a chat or comment function within the task or note section with a time/date /name stamp, would greatly enhance team collaboration. This would allow multiple users to communicate directly within the context of a specific task, streamlining workflows and reducing the need for external task management tools such as Asana.
