I have noticed problems when using snippets/snippets: - There is apparently a maximum of snippets/snippets shown in the dropdown list of snippets (when using the # sign).   - The snippets are not shown in alphabetical order in the dropdown list.   - Scrolling with the arrow keys does not visibly continue at the bottom outside the window. If I then press the Enter-key I don't know from fragment I the text is inserted.   Surely all three problems are very simple things to program better right? ... Mehr anzeigen

Hello all!   We are currently facing the following challenge: Every employee has their own HubSpot account and is therefore stored as a "contact record". Of course, we also have clients who are managed as contacts.   Of course, there are other properties that are more important to an employee/colleague than to our customers. Likewise, there are properties that only apply to clients and not to our employees/colleagues.   For example, customers have a customer number. For customers, we need to see the last marketing email opened. We also need to see the last purchases made. The current "lifecycle phase" is also important to us.   For employees/colleagues, all this is irrelevant. We are more interested in recent activities or statistics. For employees, we don't need a customer number or the current lifecycle phase. For our sales force, for example, an overview of assigned customers or statistics on deals would be nice.   Unfortunately, it is not currently possible to create two separate views of the contact record, but this is exactly what we, and possibly many other HubSpot users, need. I would solve this with creating separate views for contact records and assigning them either manually or by a contact property. Alternatively, you could simply distinguish between contact records and HubSpot users.   This would make our job a lot easier and help us organize our work with HubSpot.   What do you think? Do you already have a workaround? How do you handle a situation like this?   Before the team view is suggested: This isn't what I'm looking for. I don't want to control what other HubSpot users can and can't see about Customer XY. In B2B, companies turn into customers, not contacts.   However I can not report on this (anymore) simple question without having to create custom properties and workflows.   HubSpot removed the properties that were able to report on this for some reason. Having the same properties that are on the contact Object, would solve this issue.  (Date entered....)     ... Mehr anzeigen

The "Unique Value" property in forms is currently being submitted without showing an error when a duplicate value already exists for a corresponding object record. This can cause confusion for the end user, as it appears that their details have been successfully submitted, even though they have not been saved due to the duplicate value. Hi hubspot team, Posting this on behalf of a customer but we had noticed a discrepancy on the "Marketing email confirmation status" contact property Based on this knowledge base article, we see that if the property reflects  Customer marked confirmed  it means that the property was updated by a user via a bulk update but when testing, it is found that in some instances, the property reflects  Customer marked confirmed  but the source reflects Email . - I would expect it to reflect "bulk update" and the user's name After checking in with the hubspot team, seems like this is a limitation of how the property interacts with the Double Opt in property  Would it be possible for the team to update the property source to reflect the actual action taken by the user and to reflect the user who made the update to the property instead? ...
