It would be great to have the ability to easily a/b test with email sequences. Certain emails within the sequence may perform better with variable wording, but there is no easily way to test this.

For all content options that allow you to organize with folders, it would be extremely helpful to be able to create folders within folders for better organization leading to less duplicates and efficiency when looking for content already created my a teammate. We have multiple sequences running and need to be able to create list of contacts who have been enrolled into a sequence. This allows us to run different types of field, email and product/services campaigns based upon the location of the contacts and the date of the sequence. Realizing that I can take a list of contact and place them into a sequence. I am surprised that I can not take a sequence or sequences and create a list of contacts. This woudl be a very helpful tool. Thank you Thanks

It looks like there have been requests for this since August of 2022, but I am requesting it again at the direction of support. Sequences are about automation and making sure that we can act on our leads quickly and efficiently. To that end, I feel it would be a simple improvement (and an important one for urgency and speed to lead), to allow for follow-up automated emails to go out to prospects on the same day as a completed task. For example: 1. I complete a step to call a prospect and do not connect with them. 2. I want to send an auto-email to their inbox letting them know that I just tried to call them and outline the reason for my call. Right now, the minimum speed I could get that email to a prospect within the sequence is the following business day. Let's make this change so we can get our leads moved through sequence faster and get our calendars in front of them sooner.

There's no way to see the contacts that are actually opening, clicking, replying, and booking meetings on sequences. This report is currently only helpful for evaluating the effectiveness of a sequence but it does not allow users to take action from the report, or understand the full picture of who is interacting with templates within the sequence. Users need the ability to click the % and see a list of the contacts that have opened or clicked the specific sequence.

I frequently put together resources that I want to send out and make sure that our clients receive it. I also use sequences to send emails to our team internally so that I can track opens & engagement within the team. I think it would be helpful to be able to turn off the 'automatic unenrollment' once someone replies, because I'd still like the contact to receive all subsequent communications.

Allow contacts to be unenroled from a sequence when they accept a meeting invite sent via a 3rd party app such as Google Meets. Currently unenrollment settings from sequences only include meetings created in Hubspot scheduling pages.

Auto associate contact/deal/company to tasks created by sequences. This would be very helpful and would make our task list much more organized!

Hi, we get a lot of overseas enquiries, the process to enrol an overseas student is quite complex & labour intensive. We get many many enquiries, the conversion rate is very low. The first email is a response to their enquiry. I have setup a sequence, the 1st is the email with all the details, the 2nd in the sequence is a follow up a week later, the 3rd is another follow up & the 4th is a final one saying I've sent u a few emails with no reply, so thank you & a link to our website. I want to CC another colleague in the sequence who will manage the enrolment if it happens. I am now forced to forward the email to them so they can make contact with with the prospective customer as I cannot CC them in the sequence. Often there is no reply, I send a follow up & often there is no reply. I have found myself getting bogged down with setting up numerous contacts with no result, so..... Hope this helps?

Our team would love to have the ability to either support multiple personal signatures, or the ability to entirely disable the auto-merged signature in a specific email template (non-marketing automation templates). The Problem: Currently, in email templates (not marketing automation versions) you will see that an individual's signature will auto-merge (as seen below in the screenshot). This is perfect for most cases when we simply want the template to automatically pull the specific person's signature block. The downside of this is that you can't adjust for more unique options that a team might wish for when building specific email sequences. For example, we might have versions where we wish to include stronger messaging for opt-out or more unique follow-up items under the signature block. However, we do not want these options to entirely replace the individual standard signature block, or cause them to have to manually go back and forth to update things all the time. Ideally, we would like the ability to manage how signatures are handled on specific templates. Hopefully allowing for more custom options for these specific use cases.
