Notes, including pinned notes, are not included in the "Overview" page of a contact/company.   A pinned note is by definition important. Having it tucked away in a tab (Activities) is causing issues.   Would prefer to disable "Overview" tab entirely until this can be addressed.  ...read more

Contacts can have 1 "Associated Company" and several "Related Companies". Workflows and Lists can be generated based on properties of "Associated Company" BUT not "Related Companies" - as I've been told Related Companies is still a BETA feature.   Expanding the Lists and Workflows to included segmentating based on the properties of Related Companies would be immensely helpful and prevent the necessity of creating duplicate Contacts in order to trigger Workflows and generate correct Lists.   Example of Issue: We have "Owner A" who is the owner of "Company A", "Company B", and "Company C" that are in the states of Arizona, Nevada, and California, respectively. Company A is the Primary Associated Company while B and C are merely "Related Companies".   We need to send an email to all of our customers who have a company in California. If we create a List where it filters/segments Companies where "State" = California, Owner A will not be included because their California office is only a "Related Company".     This is just one example where having "Related Companies" is almost pointless, aside from making UI a bit simpler for customers who have multiple locations/businesses. It would be great to be able to automate when "notes" on a contact is being updated in Hubspot and receive a notification in Slack.    For reporting purposes this would be great, so we dont have to manually check each contact and what the latest status is.  ...read more

Hi there,   while reading through the developer API and having the first tests completed I could not find a way to create a scheduling page via the API yet.   So the usecase is to create multiple scheduling pages regarding different topics for different owners and getting back a link for a meeting name, which can then be shared via e-mail for instance or integrated in another website using an iframe. Afterwards  prospects should be able to book meetings with the scheduling pages link.   Did I overlook that option or is just not possible (yet)?   Thanks in advance ...read more

I am currently able to connect Local Service Ads in Marketin Hub Pro using Google Ads, however there is very limited functionality.  I see impressions and clicks which Google doesn't even provide are great.   However the leads created, the calls or form fills do not populate into HubSpot.   It appears that they offer this ability in the API https://services.google.com/fh/files/helpcenter/lsa_api_dev_guide.pdf   Please prioritize this feature!    ...read more

Looking for a way to require the properties on contacts to be reviewed before the task is completed while in a task queue. For commonly updated properties having a required value instead of being left blank would ensure some input happens on the contact before moving on. For instance, "Lead status" and "Company Type" need to updated or reviewed on all of the tasks in our process. If the task would be stopped from completing until both values have some data point entered it would improve data accuracy.   ...read more

It would be beneficial to have a third status for Marketing Contacts. Instead of just "Marketing Contact" or "Non-Marketing Contact", add a third one "Becoming Non-Marketing Contact" (or similar).    When a user marks a Marketing Contact to change to a Non-Marketing Contact, it would then sit in this transition status until the end of the month when it would become a Non-Marketing Contact.   That way we can set up views / reports to see how many Marketing Contacts we will have available next month, as well as seeing instantly if a contact is being changed from one to the other. ...read more

Right now ALL deals are listed onthe contact or company record. I would like to be able to filter what i see there, per record - like only open deals, only won deals, or at lease list deals by close date, or something.   Right now there seems to be no rhyme or reason to how it lists and it doesn't list them all, I have to go to a separate page to view the deal I want to look at. ...read more
