Currently, we have our workflows set up so if a lead was to fill in a 'contact us' form or 'demo request' it gets assigned to a particular Sales rep with a personalized email and an option to book in a time with their calendar. Now we have acquired a company in the USA we would like to assign any lead filling in the same forms outside of UK working hours to be assigned to our USA rep (so all the time outside 9-6 pm GMT) so the email and calendar can be personalised from the USA rep. Also, it benefits the lead being picked in a more timely fashion outside of the UK working hours instead of having to wait until the morning. Is this something that can be achieved? I know you can set the forms dependent on the date, but can we go even more granular based on the time of day? As the information seems to be there as the time and date of a form submission on the contact's timeline. Would appreciate any feedback.      ...read more

There are some automatic messages in HubSpot (like “Fill in this mandatory field”) that the translation it’s not quite there. For example, in Spanish its used verbs on the formal way, while in Spain we usually use them in an informal way (ex.: “Rellene” is the version used in HubSpot and “Rellena” would be the way we would prefer to use). The same happens in Portugal when the word “esse” should be “este”. They are just a minor detail, but I would like to check with you if it’s possible to change. ...read more

Currently, when you create a new deal at the level of the company, you can add all your details & at the bottom when you can choose what company and contact to associate to the deal, the company is preselected. When I go to associate a contact to said deal, I have to type in my search for the right one.  To me, it makes so much sense at this point to have a dropdown menu for the existing contacts within that company, as I'm 99% likely to want to choose a contact from that list as opposed to from my entire contact list.   It's not a huge deal-breaker for me but seems like a simple fix and would make that workflow a lot smoother.        ...read more

We just joined the Preference groups beta to set up a separate group of subscription types for a new website. These proposed updates would have made the transition a lot simpler:   Bulk transfer email subscription types. Default subscription types become problematic when you set up Preference Groups because they appear across all your Preference groups. Our main marketing subscription was a default subscription type, which we couldn't have appear in our new Preference group. Before archiving the default subscription type, I had to create a duplicate supscription type with the first Preference group and manually change every single email with the default subscription type to the new subscription type. I then had to create a workflow to ensure that all contacts who had unsubscribed from the default subscription type were also unsubscribed from the new replacement. Luckily this only took me about 3 hours; I am sure it would be an insurmountable challenge for larger organizations.  Downgrade default subscription types. The only reason I had to do the work above was because I couldn't simply remove the default subscription type as a default and assign it to Preference Group 1. If I could do that, it would have saved the need to transfer emails to an entirely new subscription type. Don't show all subscription types in test emails. Clicking the Unsubscribe link in a test email takes you to a preferences page that shows every single subscription type across all your preference groups. You have to manually send yourself a real email (messing up your email performance metrics) to see that the proper subscription types of that preference group are showing. Test emails should only show the subscription types from the preference group that email is assigned to. Search and report on emails by subscription type (and preference group). It's not currently possible to search for or report on all emails under one subscription type or preference group. This made it very difficult to hunt down all the emails i needed to change to my new subscription type, some of which weren't organized in their expected folders. I ended up having to go through all my automation workflows to make sure there wasn't an email I missed that's being actively sent out. (You can export a list of all your emails which includes a column of their subscription type, but we need this capability in the platform to then be able to bulk edit the emails) Allow separate resubscription emails for different preference groups. Right now you can only use one email template for a resubscriptione email, which isn't an option when you have separate preference groups set up for separate websites.  Allow foldering in Archived email folder.  I've been unpublishing old emails and moving them into "OLD" folders to preserve their organization because I'm worried about them all being grouped together in one big Archive mess if I ever want to go back and see how we did a certain email campaign in the past. I would like to be able to see the last date contacted of the contact the task is associated in as a task column that way I can go to scheduled tasks for the week look down and see those that are priority based on when the last time I contacted them.  I checked the column edit in tasks and there does not appear to be a way to that at the present time.     ...read more

While the SEO tools in husbpot are immensely helpful, there seems to be some low hanging fruit lacking.  Within the Planning and Strategy > SEO > Topics page, I can easily view topic performance like sessions, CTR, avg position, etc in any given time period.  I can't, however, easily view the (hopefully) improving performance of those topics over time without toggling between time periods and either writing down numbers, screen shotting, or copying data to a spreadsheet.     A sliver of this data is available in Traffic Analytics > Topics, but ideally I'd like to be able to view more than the sessions/page views provided in that reporting tool. ...read more

It would be nice to communicate to all users/teams via hubspot internally or be able to export a list of users. We actively send messages out to update/clean the CRM on a regular basis and there is no easy way to always have an accurate list of users. ...read more

The new Marketing Email Health Tool is a nice enhancement to HubSpot. However it does not currently include emails sent from Sequences.   To get a more complete picture of how good or bad our emails are, we need the tool to include these too. Please include this so we can wholisticaly improve our communications! ...read more
